I was at this USPS branch in Brookfield yesterday and I was really impressed. I brought them a very big mailing project (we couldn't get the labels to print at the office due to a software issue) and they handled it with speed, grace and professionalism.
I was there over 2 hours and witnessed how each team member at the branch interacted with the customers. To a person, they were friendly and efficient, despite the non-stop line of people, each with a slightly different question or request.
Special shout out to Danielle and Steve for processing my piles of packages. I really appreciated their patience and understanding. Thank you!!!

I stopped in this past weekend to mail a package to some family abroad. It had been a while since I had sent a package out of the country, I forgot which paperwork needed to be filled out. The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful, and even had me get a different box that saved me about $20! They went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their assistance. Thank you!

This review is on this Brookfield location and not USPS in general. This location is really good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I worked with Steve today in which he clearly explained my options, was patient, and was pleasant to do business with. When my wife comes in with our daughter they are always friendly to her which helps the process. Highly recommend this location for your USPS needs.

Disheartening to review a few of the poor evaluations submitted by others. I have been a resident of this community since 2013 and have never once had a unpleasant visit at this post. Each postal official I, or my family, have interacted with have always delivered courteous and professional customer service.

The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and well managed. My family extends our genuine gratitude to all workers at this location for their service and dedication to our local community. Thank You.

I dropped off a package and later realized the address was incorrect. I called the post office and spoke with Ashley, she was able to find my package and correct the address. Ashley then called me to let me know the tracking number. She went above and beyond to make sure my package will arrive at its correct destination. Thank you!

Always helpful and great all around service

I was so impressed by the friendly and efficient staff here on my last visit. The young lady who waited on me went out of her way to help with returning my mail order and make sure I had everything done correctly. I also love that they're open until 6:30!

Everyone has always been really nice and helpful over the years. I usually deal with Bob or Steve and they have always been there with a pleasant attitude and professional service. They have gone out of their way to help me with any problem I have had. Thanks, guys!

I went Friday morning to apply for a passport. I was 15 minutes early for the appointment, and I was taken care of immediately. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and courteous.

I love going to this post office! These people know their customers by name and take genuine interest in the people they serve. These people work so hard. It’s a pleasure seeing their smiling faces!

Their customer service was top notch. The gentlemen working the front counter on my last visit were very helpful and very personable. I was not expecting such great service.
