I visited Office Depot yesterday looking for a supertank printer. Lance was so helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable about the printers. He directed me to exactly what I was looking for. After reading reviews online for some of the printers they had in stock, I did decide to go with another one that they didn't have, but I would definitely return to purchase ink, toner, paper, and whatever else I need for my home office from this store because of Lance. Thanks for answering all of my questions and being so nice. The store was very clean and organized as well.

I was exchanging a defective ink cartridge. It was past the exchange date for the store, but Lance was able to get it done for me. I really appreciated his efforts and recommend this store on Millerville Rd in Baton Rouge. Good customer service is rare these days but it's alive and well at this Office Depot!

Office Depot gives great and friendly customer service matched with quality work and prices in their print department. I particularly like the Millerville location in Baton Rouge, La, because that team is the best.

The printing department at this Office Depot location is top tier. The employees are friendly and professional. I will travel out of my way to come to this location. Kyle in the print/copy center is the best!

I had a door dash order to this store and was helped soon as I entered the store to find an item I was looking for.

Was waited on promptly, suggestions for placement of my cards were helpful, and the finished product was perfect, very clean lines and words were bright and easily read. A Happy Customer.

I got the best customer service I could possibly want. The sales associate Hadrian was a helpful,patient,corteous and nice guy. I called over the phone asking about sales and later came to the store about a hour after calling. It was raining outside and the guy Hadrian helped my mom load a chair into her backseat while I was checking out for a flashdrive. I did also was able to buy a display chair with permission from the manager and recieved discount.

Great customer service! I ordered a chair online but when I looked around the store again. I saw another chair that I really liked so they exchanged it no problem.

The manager gave excellent service. I had a gift card that was not working, and she above and below to help figure out,why. The cashier also gave service. Thanks.

It's always easy to walk into the store and get help from the workers there to find whatever you are looking for or need to get things done.

I will only go to this location. Every time I encounter friendly and helpful staff. It makes for a very pleasant errand.
