Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing food and wonderful service by helen! I would highly recommend the homemade ice cream it will be the best you have ever had. If you are in pawleys check out this little locals favorite gem.

The food was excellent. We had reservations and we were seated quickly. The atmosphere was beautiful.

If heaven were a culinary experience, this is it! I am contemplating relocating from Denver just so I can be near this place. Omg! Chefs kiss to the chef! I ate here multiple times and would come here every day if I could. Outstanding crab nachos, bread basket with pimiento, Reuben, spicy crab jalapeño tomato soup, fried okra, Caesar salad and margaritas!!! The service was also outstanding. Steve is cool af.
This is a must visit!

This restaurant was highly recommended by our hosts during our stay in Myrtle Beach. It was by far the best meal we had the entire week. Thankfully we made a reservation because they were surprisingly busy for a Wednesday night. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and professional. My cocktail was mixed by a bartender who clearly knew their trade. We were served a basket of bread/biscuit/crackers with a cheese spread on the side while we waited for our order. We decided to split the delicious crab cakes for an appetizer. I chose salmon for my entree and it practically melted in my mouth. It was infused with a blend of well balanced Asian flavors. My husband ordered a dish combining scallops/shrimp/lobster and pasta which he raved about. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience. Keep up the great work!

AMAZING! If you are visiting Pawleys Island and want a northerners recommendation.....this place is truly amazing. The people are so welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. Our server, Steven, was GREAT! The drinks were delicious. I especially loved the Jeepy...like a creamsicle. We had the carpaccio as an app and it was so good, especially if you combine all the ingredients in one bite. We shared the goat cheese pistachio salad, and it was heaven in a bite, soooo delicious. Perfection. For our entrees, I had the eggplant treasure and my husband had the filet and shrimp. Both were phenomenal, but we agreed that the eggplant dish was out favorite. The seafood was super fresh! For dessert, my husband had the brownie with pistachio ice cream, and I had the pannacotta. Both were absolutely delicious. I'd be remiss to not mention the bread basket. Not only do you have an amazing selection of breads, but carrots and celery with delicious pimento cheese spread.

We didn't have a reservation, but they had no problems accommodating us by seating us at one of the front outside tables. Angel took great care of us from there all the way through the dessert menu. My snapper special had an incredible mix of flavors. The pimento cheese was top quality. Lemon tart was light and not overpowering. Great option on the more formal side.

It was above and beyond as usual! One of my favorite places to eat. The food and service are impeccable! The club sandwich and sweet potato fries were soo delicious ❤💯😋

Holy cow! This place came highly recommended, but far exceeded our expectations! We had a date night and had a ball! We sat on the patio and really enjoyed that it was covered, but still the outside vibe. Our waitress, Tiffany was outstanding! The food was fresh, the drinks were delicious! Easily the BEST espresso martini I have EVER had! Hats off to everyone! Stellar customer service! Everything was absolutely delicious! We cannot wait to come back and tell all of our friends and family about this wonderful restaurant!

217 Bistro is a great place that I highly recommend. It is a little pricey but for what you get it's worth it. The food is great and if your on a budget then just go for lunch. Same great food just a little cheaper at lunch, and it's located right in the center of Pawleys Island across hwy.17 from the Hammock shops.

Wow is what i have to say about their crab salad. Light crispy and alot of crab. Also came with green fried tomatoes. Lol my husband got the reuben sandwich it was great too. I love the succulent garden outside. The dining area outside is sooo lovely.

Great food and service. Reasonably priced. Will go back again! This was our 2nd time there. Reminiscent of food at fine NYC restaurants.

Must go place in Pawleys Island. I do recommend reservations as the place stays full. Owner stopped by to inquire of our experience. From the ambiance to the obvious importance of customer service to food quality this place is top notch. The Hawaiian salad will make me come back for more. We also loved the whole fish experience.

My sisters and I had a lunch not one but two days in a row at bistro 217. The food is excellent! Crab nachos were so good fresh crab, yummy cheese, and the fixings. Bangkok chicken with jasmine rice was wonderful. The star of the show was the bread pudding dessert with yummy vanilla ice cream. We also love, the curry, shrimp and chicken curry that was great and the Gyro. The Rueben was also so good. But of course the service was fantastic. We actually requested Jordan to be our waiter again when we went the next day. He was just so fun and patient with us as we kept changing things and adding things. we cannot wait to come back again. Happy new year everyone!

Wow, just wow! This was by far the best meal we had on our vacation. Tiffany, our server, was exceptional. Her recommendations were spot on. We had the short ribs, horseradish encrusted schnitzel, 217 treasure chest, and grouper. All were absolutely delicious! Ann made us feel so welcome and definitely wanted to make sure we had a great experience, and we did.

My new favorite restaurant! Make sure you make a reservation as they were very busy on a Monday night!

Temperature was too warm inside for the large crowd.

Great place. Service was amazing. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and his recommendations were well received. We ordered grits and shrimps and She Crab Soup among other things. Everything was delicious We definitely will be back.

We are in town for vacation and a client recommended we go here for dinner. I am so glad they did. The food was incredible and the service was second to none. Carrie was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Carrie as your server. The next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely be back!

Bistro 217 was recommended to us by a local here in Myrtle Beach. We definitely recommend! The atmosphere is wonderful, the bartender went out of his way to find the liquor my husband wanted for his drink and the calamari is the BEST I have ever eaten.
