Staff here are friendly and greeted me with a smile. This, I loved about this place in modern times where establishments are too busy to greet their customers. This place has lots of balloons :) It is worth walking in here if you are free.

Was searching for pirate attire after Thanksgiving, for a post-Thanksgiving gathering called "Planks-giving". Party City did not disappoint with their in-store selections. I wanted to have my costume ready to go for tomorrow. I tend to rely on Amazon Prime and 1-day shipping, but this was a quicker and more assured experience.

I had great experience and customer service here. I would really recommend this place as it has experienced staff who are always willing to help.

I would especially like to recommend this place for helium tanks.

This Party City in Chantilly is our go-to place for holiday and bday events. They have all of the balloons and decorations we desire. A party cannot happen unless we go to Party City. Ask if they do balloon delivery!

Lately, it is empty with less and less producs every time I go. But the staff is great, helpful and kind.

Great store. Very helpful. Sometimes it gets very busy in the balloon section. Try to go off hours to get balloons. Everything else is great.
