My experience was very delightful. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an associate. Kelli A. Helped me find the perfect shoe. She pulled 8 different shoes based on what I really like and helped me through the whole process. She even had me look at my feet on the computerized program they have in the store. I ended up learning they have women's wide shoe which I would not have learned at an actual large retail shoe store. I ended up finding the perfect shoe. I will be back for sure. A+++++

North GA Running Company is also a real part of the community and it partners with many other local organizations to support excellent causes and other local businesses. Excellent customer service every time I go to their store or attend a race event/expo event that they organize. They’ve also helped me make major changes in my health and fitness that have benefited every aspect of my personal and professional life. Can’t say enough nice things about these folks.

Excellent experience buying new walking shoes. Sales person spent adequate time learning about what I needed, including making a video of my stride. I tried numerous shoes, some more than once, and never detected any exasperation. My new shoes are fitting well and seem made to last.

Alex is awesome! He helped me find a solution for my pregnant wife who wanted to still look cute at work but have more arch support and less pain when on her feet for a long time.
