I came in for my usual coffee since I see now that the location is an intended hybrid cafe/hobby shop. I had questions and spoke to one of the owners about the shop. I think this is a very cool addition to the neighborhood.
unique idea. Bought a High Grade Gundam Aerial and an Eevee model kit from their website. Very reasonable prices for a brick and mortar store. Store is expected for a grand opening sometime March/April. Can’t wait!

Rather than review it, check them out yourself. Nice starting selection of items on the website. Flat rate shipping is nice. Opening the physical location around May!
