My girl SASHA, gets it right every single time. If she’s not making my drink, i don’t want it. She knows the true meaning of extra cold foam and she NEVER lets me down. I can’t say the same for others. But this location in general consists of some of the nicest, sweetest heart-warming employees. Even when Sasha isn’t working, 8.5 times out of 10 my drink is made correctly which speaks highly of them as a whole. But Sasha’s energy is a WHOLE vibe and i love having her as my barista when i come through. She always makes my day. <33

My daughter's and I went thete for lunch! The food was great! Hot and fresh.
Our drinks were made perfect and tasted delicious! Great customer service! They had some great cups, mugs, and water bottles marked down, too! It was a great day!!

Fairly normal Starbucks. The inside is large and offers several good spaces to meet and work. Staff has been friendly and service is good. It is funny how the bank drive through is used now.

We had Sasha and she was so amazingly kind to us! Starbucks is lucky to have the kind of talent that they have! She definitely went 200% above and beyond! Thank you for such a delightful experience. And the wonderful açai and macchiato.

Excellent team here. Clean, friendly, prompt. Pretty much did my entire bachelors degree here and it’s 100% great 100% of the time.

I had a mobile order at the Kroger location on rangeline but their second shift barista never showed up. I talked to Kroger, continued to shop…20 mins later still no one there!
So I called this location and they took care of my drink and we’re so accommodating and kind!! Thank you guys!!

Perfect food and beverage, staff is VERY friendly, but with the drive thru window never being shut, all heat escapes and it was so cold.....everyone e I side was bundled up

This Starbucks and the employees who run it are beyond incredible. They are so good at making my drink that when I go to other Starbucks locations, it’s not the same. They must be adding extra love and good vibes or something. Everyone is always smiling, they say hi to us every time we come by. They love our dog (and we only ever trust people who love our dog). These peeps are genuine, authentically awesome people.

They all deserve a raise. Nothing less than $26 an hour would be fair.

They have friendly and attentive customer service. The lattes are consistently good. The place provides a nice environment for study and small meetings. The impossible sandwich is also delicious.

Love this location! Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely worth stopping at!!

Starbucks always have different coffee to drink and the kindness and smile are always welcome.

I prefer this Starbucks in my area. The staff are always friendly and quick. Occasionally we will setup our laptop’s and work here. Good atmosphere and clean restrooms. It can get busy!

Very clean and bright store. Friendly help. Made drinks accurately and tasty. Because of the busy shops next to it parking is a bit of an issue but once you get past that and get inside it's great. They also have a drive-thru which is very quick and efficient and friendly

5 stars! I actually went to dunkin today for a cold drink, service was horrible so I came here instead. The lady at the counter was helpful and calm with me as I didn't know any cold drink I would want. Place is really clean as well.

@ Jason P, you do realize that the sandwiches in the case are not hot?????? I've worked here for 2 years, 5 days a week and never have I ever seen a melted cake pop. That's bogus. Everything we have is frozen and it is a business, if we weren't running out of things, that's when I would be worried. We get shipment every other day. Next time you're in, mention something to me, your drink will be on me. You're incorrect and I'm only here to correct you. I love the staff that I work with. Everyone is so funny, kind and loving. A staff that I consider family. If you receive bad customer service, we are all for making the moment right, but from someone who works in customer service, you get the service you give. We aren't servants, we are humans just like you. Don't forget that. We all have bad days.

I have not been frequenting Starbucks at all probably in the last 7 months. For the first time ever I lost gold star points because I haven't been going. The prices are just ridiculous here, but I was visiting my parents from out of town and I decided to come to Starbucks cuz it's not far from their house and I wanted an Americano. When I went into the app I was surprised to see there was a coupon for 50% off of a drink. It wasn't a hot drink, but it was any cold drink, and so I ordered the sweet cream Nitro which I really like but I would never ever ever pay for because it's almost $6 for like a 10 or 12 oz cup of cold coffee with a lot of caffeine. At 50% off though I only paid $2.86 for it so that was a pretty good deal. I would come here all the time if that was the regular price.

Such a great Starbucks! The line can get pretty long, but the wait is never that bad. Ive never seen it over 29 minutes and anyone who says so is certainly lying. Unfortunately I showed up a little before they closed and they told me they had just served their last customer at 4pm. I took the high road and figured coffee is nothing to get too worked up about. "Oh well. I guess ill come sooner next time and plan my day to accommodate for other individuals I share it with" I said as I respectfully left. I know they must have to stay a long time after closing to get their cleaning done with all this covid nonsense so I left as soon as they told me they were closed. Still a great Starbucks though and they always get my order right when I show up during their business hours. Id post a receipt, but I didn't ever need to ask for one c:

I always have to upgrade to extra hot bc hot is just Luke warm most places... this one... extra hot is awesome! My coffee is warm to the last sip of the venti! 👏👏👏
