You can back in from the left side of the entrance with out blindsiding it but the yellow pole next to the steps it will sneak up on you quick just take your time the people that work here are very friendly and helpful

Arrived jst before 8am for 8:30 appt.+they have a sign saying receiving starts at 9am. Got the cold shoulder at first upon entering dock area. A few minutes later was acknowledged. I agree with earlier post on backing in off street. Looked very tight w/53' trailer and that's what I did. Held traffic up a couple mins but better than bending a fairing. Need to slide tandems and dock to the rt and rt of steps was where I was told to back is tight (slight blind side)with metal yellow post beside steps that looked like it could do damage.
Fellows got right on unloading and looks like will be done by 9-9:15am

We have been using this company for about 3 years now. The representatives from this company are always helpful and courteous. Our delivery guy is always in good mood, real pleasure working with this company. I work closely with the public and this is important service.

They may have a good business but delivering here is hell. Would highly recommend backing in off the street unless your in a day cab. 🙄

And yes we did try that. There wasn't enough room without crushing the faring on our truck. There isn't a rookie behind the wheel here. 20+ years OTR. If you had been kind enough to spot us so that we didn't hit your building when attempting to do what you said it would have been great. Instead you just kept opening the door and staring.

Hello everyone I would like to inform everyone about this business prior to ordering I own multiple businesses in the community and believe strongly in customer service. I had purchased paper towel holders online and was unable to buy paper towels from anything other companies due to the holders having to be specialized for the paper. This is how I ended up using this company. At first I thought ok this company is a great company. I made my first order and paid . Then later purchased again . The second time I was awaiting my invoice and had not had time to check all my emails due to the highest volume. So I receive one and call to make the payment and no one answered so I figured I would call again soon after I get a phone call about a man in my store named Tony Johnson telling everyone that I have never made any payments with this company and he wants me to pay and that they did this and that then stated that if I made a payment (which I had ) then I would know the lady I paid so I must have lied or I would know the name of the person I paid.
WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SALESMAN OR HE COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE THIS PROBLEM FOR YOU. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND ACTS WITH NO MORALS. IF YOU DO GO WITH THIS COMPANY STAYED AWAY FROM HIM AS THE SALESMEN THE OTHER STAFF ARE EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL BUT IT'S NOT WORTH THIS EVER HAPPENING AGAIN FOR ME . I NOW WILL HAVE TO BUY ALL NEW STUFF AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY BUT THIS TYPE Of BEHAVIOR IS UNCALLED FOR.
