The staff was very helpful when I had trouble attaching my new windshield wiper. They helped me find and purchase the correct one, and put it on the car for me! Made my day so much easier and less stressful. Thank you very much!

Stopped by because I needed emergency windshield wipers- Ty was there the second I walked in the door with a smile ready to help. He got me exactly what I needed & even volunteered to put my wipers on, despite how freezing cold the weather is. Will definitely be back to this location, thanks to Ty.

The manager Raoul is very pleasant and helpful. He took the time to search the computer for things they don't stock in the store, and advised me on where to find them.

Great service and selection. I was greeted as I came in. Sales person helped me select the windshield wipers for my Impreza then a nice young man installed it in my car. Very pleased.

I have not been to this establishment in many years. I would go so far to say over 10 years. What brought me there was a low oil indicator and I searched for the closest place. Immediately upon entry, I was greeted by a pleasant female. She asked if I needed help and quickly assisted. It was quick and very pleasant experience. She even added my oil! Thank you for the experience. I am sure I won’t wait another 10 years or more to return. Good business.

Staff are all helpful, professional, and take their time to help customers. The store manager was even nice enough to fill my windshield washer fluid since there weren't any other customers at the time. The other staff are equally as nice, knowledgeable and pleasant and led me to the best quality products.

I feel a little guilty that I haven't reviewed them yet. Every time I go to the store the service is great. they usually have everything I need and on the few occasions they didn't they were able to ship it in in about a day. Some auto parts stores seem happy to staff themselves with people who seem completely unfamiliar with vehicles whatsoever but this store is full of nothing but exceedingly knowledgeable employees. This O'Reilly's is not the closest auto parts store to my house but I always go the extra half mile past the other stores to get to this one.

O'Reilly has helped me out quite a bit I do not get past light bulbs recent experience put Freon for my AC great job very courteous

Helpful staff, the young gentleman who helped me with oil plug was great.

I came in knowing what I needed for my truck, the knowledgeable employee took me right to the each product I needed. He also gave some great suggestions on how to get the job done easier. When I got to the register him and the other employee were joking and laughing it up with me! I highly recommend coming in this store if you are not highly knowledgeable about vehicles like I am!

Needed a new bulb. Called another parts supplier who told me they do not assist in putting them in. Called Oreilly and they said they will see what they can do. Assistant Manager was helping me and from purchase to install it took less than 10 minutes. I was grateful - recommend!

Excellent customer service I received from Jessica K. Even though I didn’t come in ask for help she made sure to keep an eye out and thank goodness because she came out side in the freezing cold rain just to help put on my windshield wipers. Thank you for caring!

Pulled up with a smokey truck and the guys were so helpful and figured out that my water pumped was shot. Very friendly, I will definitely be back if I need any parts in the future.

Closed at 6:00 while AutoZone was open till 9:00 plus earlier in the day I noticed AutoZone is $2 cheaper 4 a tube of red Grease then advanced Auto they must be doing better, staying open later and everything

Came here for a few things. The man working the front desk was very engaging, nice and helpful. Had to return a couple things as well and the process was very easy and went well.

Manger was very helpful and honest in helping me buy y new wiper blades he Also gave me tip on how to get the best use out of them.
