I receive my mail regularly from this post office and have encountered a few issues from time to time. Ms. Angela is consistently the person I interact with, and she has always been incredibly kind and helpful. She ensures that any problem is resolved promptly. She is truly an asset to any business and a fantastic employee to have.

First visit to this post office(but not my first to any in BR) and it was great. The self-service kiosk was down which meant a decent line, but it moved very quickly and smoothly! I was very impressed. Service was efficient and courteous. Will definitely make this my go-to post office in Baton Rouge.

I had a lost package and Ms Angela took care of it for me and she was very sweet and did it in a timely manner. We need more people like Angela

I always have a very pleasant experience visiting this location. The clerks are always so helpful and courtesy to me. If I ever have any issues with packages or mail, the clerks and the carriers go above and beyond to help assist me in any way that they can.

At the facility the workers are wonderful!! All of them go out of there way to solve my problems, mail my packages to my son in the military and assist me with purchasing the large quantities of stamped each month for my business! They are a great friend you group of people!! However, I have had problems with the person on my mail route cramming so much mail and packages in my mailbox that they broke the back of my double sided mailbox! And I've had my neighbors mail in my box and they are side by side! I expressed my concerns to the post master and I hadn't had these problems anymore!

I only use the post office for the self-service kiosks. I like the location of their kiosk. It's in the front as soon as you walk in. I used it today and every thing went great. Unlike the post office on Perkins! This one is 6 miles from my home but it's worth it and so much better than the usually non working kiosk at the Perkins location.

Very busy ladies. They are very efficient and friendly.

Staff is courteous and helpful. I've been several times to receive a receipt for prepaid items. I appreciate the critical services the Post Offices provide to small businesses.

Everyone in the post office was knowledgeable and helpful. They checked on everyone in line every few minutes to speed up the process. They were very respectful of everyone’s time and smiled during the process.

Called, didn't have to wait, got a quick answer on the location of my package. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I had a very good experience.

I worked with a lady at the front desk and she was very professional and even though they was about to close in 30 mins so made sure all my questions had a answer. I forgot her name ..

This is actually a very good post office. The people are helpful and the hours are great for people that work 9-5.
