First post office I’ve been to where the staff was nice!

Went into the physical PO location for the first time and am so grateful. The alert eye of the employee accepting my pre-paid package caught that I had the wrong postage -- Priority 2-Day postage paid for Priority Flat Rate Box. This is the second package I have overpaid for, but was able to correct it on-site and know what to look for next time when buying postage.

Went in to mail a large package this morning to Washington. The lady was very helpful and offered me her advice. She saved me a whole bunch of money with her knowledge. She was extremely friendly. I went back in after I repackaged and she was away from her post. I was disappointed but the other lady was nice also.

I honestly only had positive experience with this office, never had any issue. Every time I need to ship something and show up, the staff is always helpful. I don't know why everyone is downvoting this location so hard.

Ms. Lisa with city 2 is the absolute best. Always has a smile and is more friendly than I can put into words! Love having her as our mail carrier!!

I've had better rates and performance using USPS than ups and FEDEX lately.

I JUST RECENTLY HAD A PACKAGE NOT SHOW UP. THE YOUNG LADY IN THE POST OFFICE WAS ON IT INSTANTLY AND GAVE IT HER ALL. THANK YOU!

The employees who work the windows have always been friendly and helpful.

This post office is usually never busy and they have a lot of supplies stocked for mail outs.

Edit: I've revised my review. My package arrived at the post office today, the 2nd. The lady on the phone was very helpful and got me sorted out. I was able to go pick it up.

The USPS all around isn't doing a very good job. I ordered a package from Amazon with one day delivery on a Friday evening. The package was supposed to have been here on the following Tuesday, March 1st. But for some reason they sent the package from MURFREESBORO, TN to HUMBLE, TX and it sat there the entire weekend, through Monday and Tuesday, and didn't leave TX until Tuesday, March 1st (the day it was supposed to arrive) night after 6PM to head for Denham Springs, Louisiana. I just can't fathom the stupidity behind this. It blows my mind. I took off work and sat around my house all day to make sure I could sign for this package, Amazon saying it will be here by 8PM Tuesday night the entire time. So I got my $20 refund from Amazon for the 1 day shipping that is turning out to have me waiting an entire 7 days. The USPS is not reliable and it's a wonder why Amazon charges a $20 shipping fee for a service that is totally inept in it's function. If it had been UPS, it would have been here Monday like one day shipping should be. I paid for a service and it wasn't provided. Period.

Originally, I came here to post a bad review but after my experience I deleted it. The number listed on google is not the number to the local post office. I was able to find their number through Facebook and after that, I received good service. Ms. Kay and Ms. Judy were very helpful and very understanding. They turned a bad experience into something positive.

I go here every week to mail things for work. The staff is always nice to me. The lines can get long, and I can tell that they are doing their best under the circumstances.
