Dunkin'

There 1 worker here who loves to cut corners and not do things that were specifically said because it has happened in the past. They even did this on a mobile order I had which specifically stated for cream cheese on the bagel. The only reason I get upset is that I have said very loud and direct as to not get messed up, but still continues. I have even talked some people I know who go here and they have said similar complaints to this person.

Efficient and cool place. My dad loves hanging out there every Monday and from what he says the staff are lovely and very kind to his group of elderly ne'er do wells. But if you ever wanna see some slick food service watch the people here move stuff through the kitchen. The staff work like a well-oiled machine whenever I am there.

I had an issue with my coffee at a different Dunkin' donuts I went into this Dunkin' donuts on man st in Danvers and the manager was very helpful and remade the coffee that I ordered at a different Dunkin' donuts he did not charge me and he did not give me any hassle about making a coffee that came from a different store I truly appreciate that because it was just kind of him to do that and also the fact that I didn't have to pay for another coffee after the first two were messed up at the other Dunkin' donuts I went to so to the employees at Dunkin donuts on high Street in Danvers thank you and I appreciate your understanding and respect.

It is a wonderful place they make my coffee really good

best dunks i go to by far. always quick and efficient. one complaint is the middle of the day deliveries that block the drive thru but ya gotta do what ya gotta do

Great place to work at, great place to visit. If you're in the area and need a coffee and donut, I highly recommend it. Bathrooms and lobby are very clean. Fast service while being very busy.

The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean and kept up. They always get my ice coffee absolutely perfect.

Clean and great service. One thing that makes me go back, love my coffee hot, not lukewarm. If they can do it all should.

Convenient location, easy to get to, right off 128, plenty of room to get in and out, friendly staff and the order was correct. Short wait time as well.
