Starbucks

It's nice, lots of space to sit, has a little outdoor patio too. Drive thru can get very busy but moves along. Workers seem friendly. It's in a shopping plaza and the parking lot area is very busy with cars coming and going. Convenient location. My orders have always been correct here.

This is hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been to! The overall service is incredible and everyone is so friendly and happy. The management team have done an awesome job with this location and the team of baristas.

So happy to have this new drive-through location here. Service is always super friendly, drinks have always been right.

This new Starbucks Location is wonderful, it is a great location to have a drive thru. Natalie does a beautiful job in making sure not only my order is fulfilled but that my day will be great. Thanks Danvers Starbucks, your staff is the best!

I just don’t understand why nobody in this location knows how to do a frozen pineapple passionfruit drink. They always give it to me with half of my cup full of foam I just went and the guy did it wrong the first time so I had him redo it, and he did it again the second time wrong. I was so mad that I just left, nobody knows how to do this drink correctly

I usually like this location and think it's conveniently placed. My drinks are usually made right and with prompt service. But... tried the Shaken Espresso Oleato and thought it was the worst thing I've ever had from a Starbucks. Totally undrinkable. I came back to ask for a different drink on them and was told I could get one. I asked for a white chocalate mocha and was given a plain black coffee with no sugar no creamer. Perhaps they are too busy Saturday mornings or they are getting many Oleato complaints.

Coffee wasn't that great when compared to what's nearby. Drive thru is convenient, though.

I find it a little weird and intrusive that the drive thru asks you for your name. Why do you need my name? I’m ordering from the drive thru. “Hi welcome to starbucks, what’s your name?” That is weird to me and no other starbucks drive thru has asked me this.

One man ahead of me in line who was deaf writing down his order going back & forth with the young man at the register for over 10 minutes while 4 other workers were behind counter. The deaf gentleman wrote things down clearly so I don't know why all the back and forth. Regardless...One answering the 2 cars outside, one making drinks and two other guys just behind chatting and doing a little wipe down. I finally asked if someone could help me but they said no. Only the guy at the register working with the deaf gentleman could take my order. Five people working, only 2 cars outside and no one would wait on me. Inside was empty. Ridiculous. Poor service
