Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing coffee. A little late in the day so not too many options. Place was clean with a comfy indoor area to sit and watch tv, watch the street or relax in the warm sun

The chicken salad 🥗 is fulfilling!!! For 13$ It was beyond my expectations. Give a try if you look for a healthy meal!

Beautiful Cafe. Calm atmosphere. Chill music. Baristas greeted me when I entered and took their time to make sure my experience was outstanding.
Cappuccino and blueberry bagel were both delicious.
I loved reading my book on a couch where the morning sun was streaming in.

My go to place ever since I moved back to CT.. Friendly vibes and food is great as well! Kudos to having a list full of flavor or coffees as well :)

Pretty good coffee in a very safe area since it is attached to the New Britain Police Department.

Stopped in randomly today and oh my gosh why haven’t I before? The inside is so cute, service was friendly, and the options…out of this world! I chose the cardamom mocha latte and it’s so delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

I arrived via the convenient Fastrak bus and it was a short walk to the cafe. Ordered a bacon egg & cheese and a hot mocha for lunch - excellent quality and taste. This cafe is right on the corner with big windows in the seating area to watch the street outside as you enjoy your drink or food.

I love any chance I can come in here - endless amount of flavors for coffee or other drink combinations. Personal favorite treat is the Tiramisu flavoring! High quality ingredients.

Some of the best pastries runs out if you're late in the day so it's much better to get in for the morning! A great part of local New Britain cafes.

This coffee shop is absolutely amazing! The employees are very friendly, the coffee and food is out of this world! Cafe Busy Bean in New Britain is my go to spot! I highly recommend everyone to visit and have their minds blown!!

Attentive and friendly service, relaxing and soothing atmosphere, great breakfast and lunch menu, coffee is always made to perfection. I highly recommend the Golden Bagel with Bacon and Chive Cream Cheese and a Caffe Latte. The ladies that work here are the sweetest. I love the Busy Bean and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy breakfast, brunch or lunch spot.

Although service is a little slow, they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. Cozy spot with awesome ambience. A hidden gem!

I absolutely love stopping at Cafe Busy Bean for the warm cheddar cheese bagel. At first I was only getting strawberry cream cheese on my bagel but I discovered pumpkin cream cheese with plain cream cheese. Delicious!!!!
On top of GREAT food the owners and staff are amazing. Each time I visit the cafe I feel like family. I can't remember the woman who works mornings and is always smiling, she always says my order as I approach the counter. It's things like this that make me revisit places.
I also wanted to point out one day visiting the New Britain location I was witness to an area homeless man getting a drink and being treated just like anyone else that walked through the door. Now this warmed my heart. As I've seen the opposite when I've been at other businesses within town. Thank you Cafe Busy Bean for ALL THE YOU DO!!!

So far I have been here a couple of times and the service is always great and inviting. The people working here are kind and courteous. The bagels are delicious!

I am a bit overwhelmed by the amount of choices but the people at the register have been patient with me every time and walked me through the choices. Definitely helped to calm me lol.

What a truly lovely cafe. Their food is excellent as is their coffee. They also have a separate space set aside for students to work and study. If you are looking for a quick breakfast or lunch, look no further. Also a good place for longer conversations with friends.

This lavender latte is everything!!!! Ah and the hostess was so nice gorgeous coffee shop definitely have to stop by if you're ever in NB

Great coffee! I asked the lady if she could prepare me a special and she did one for me! It was perfect. I love the customer service, the pastry, the decor and how clean the establishment was. I’m going again for sure.
