I have used this PO for almost 13 years and never once have I been treated rudely here. Yes, it is frequently very busy and backed out the door, but I have learned the least busy times to go. Every single employee I have ever interacted with has been very professional.

I don't know a lot about mailing damn near anything, but Ms Que was patient with me, was friendly, gave smiles, and good customer service. Thank you que. People are out here going through a lot, and its people like you who help us. You made my stressful day so much easier. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Love this post office! I ship a ton out from here almost daily. I have had not one issue with my package making it safely out of this office. (I’ve Only had issues, of any, at the destination addresses) The staff is extremely helpful when i have had questions. Actually, Just got off the phone with one of the lady’s at this PO and she was very helpful and attentive re: a package that was lost 2000 miles away and had nothing to do with her or this post office. She gave me the info I needed to locate the package.. Thank you Bellevue PO for great customer service in our community!

Great service from this post office after I wrote the wrong zip code on the package I sent from out of state. Lucia and another postal employee (wish I had gotten her name) helped divert it so It would get to the intended recipient. Thanks so much!

Update 6/15/17: Another employee, Tonya, helped me further when the package bounced back, created a new label and got my package to the recipient. Say what you will about this post office, my experience has been the best. These ladies got the job done, and I am very grateful.

While this is a busy post office, the employees working the counter are willing to take the time to explain things to customers. They have never made me feel rushed. This has been my primary post office for nearly 10 years, and they have always treated me well.

Sylvia at the Bellevue Post Office deserves a 10 star rating!!! Five stars are not enough! The sender on my package used the wrong zip code and caused the sorting machine to keep sending it to the wrong location in a "loop" for several days. Sylvia would not give up and made the necessary contacts to intervene and get my package to Nashville. Thanks so much for the cheerful communication and expediency with which you addressed my issue.

Arrived 10 min prior to closing and could not access label QR code but had printing label as jpg. The staff kindly directed me to staples next door to get it printed and stayed after closing to make sure my package got mailed. Thank you!

Center of Bellevue: the staffs are great! When we are waiting for our turn, another employee came and tried to speed up the process by asking for any quick drop off.... and plenty of parking along with so many shops around (Staples, Michel's, Great Clips, Pet-smart, Dollar General, Home Depot)

I think this post office is great! They're helpful, fast and efficient and probably have one of the most difficult and trying jobs around. I feel so sad and angry when I read so many negative reviews. I have never had a bad experience here.

Went in here to mail a gift to my sister. The line moved fast and both people working there that day were polite and friendly. There were probably 5-6 people in front of me but I was in and out within 15 minutes.

mailed seeral packages from here some 2 day, some overnight, never had any issues with delivery or service

I did not know how to use the do it yourself shipping and a man that worked there guided me through the process. He saved me from waiting in a long line.
