I think this post office is great! Especially Reed who I've often dealt with over the years.

I've had a mailbox here for more than 20 years (Reed says they call me a veteran, lol).

Sure, box rates go up and there was a lot of staff turnover a few years back, but I always get my mail and the people provide good service.

Employees move customers through at a good rate . They answer customers questions well. Customers can get passports there.

If you need postcard stamps, this is a great place to get them! The clerk is friendly and I almost always run into friends here.

Was here for renewing my son's passport. Had an appointment at 9 am and Vickie took care of us and she was thorough professional.
She called us exactly at 9 am to her counter, checked all our documents, collected them in order, she made a note of the details in the passport application and as parents asked if everything entered was correct and then asked us to sign the application.
Not talking about any other services, the passport application for my son went through well.
Although they were out of photo service on that day and they were calling up people to let them know.
It's better to take photos with you.

They are friendly and helpful but there are never enough people working in this busy post office. And on the Saturdays when they dedicate one of the two people to the 30 minute process of getting passports the wait is endless. Even with the new self service package mailing label machine there is always a line of 5-10 people who have been there a while. I feel bad for the workers who are also victims of understaffing and have to listen to the comments made by the frustrated customers in line. There must be a better way.

Based on our experience trying to set up a passport appointment, I wouldn't give them any stars. Both my husband and I have been calling for days. No one answers. I sent a fax. No answer. I am giving two stars because every time I've gone in, in person, they have been very nice.

I’m pretty sure it’s the older blonde lady with curly hair that’s so rude to everyone giving them poor customer service. She was incredibly rude to me when I asked about passport services and asked me questions that I had already answered and then passed me off to another employee who told me I have to make an appointment online— never was I told that before.

I was a huge inconvenience to both of these ladies by asking them to do their job....

Aweful. Went on a weekday and they were 25 minutes late to open, and when the workers finally arrived, they slowly went about opening up there shop while everyone stood in line for them waiting. No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience," no urgency to correct anything, despite a line of about 20 people waiting.

I don't think I've ever seen a worker there work at anything more than a lackadaisical pace.

Awful awful awful customer Service. I went with the package that I already weighed and measured and got a quote on the Internet
When I arrived it tripled when I questioned the employee she said I'll try again she did three times very upset with me I asked her to show me how she received this quote she said I'm sorry you can't see with your eyes which upset me because I just had eye surgery.
I said can you explain why this keeps going up and she said it's the balloon payment.
I said it doesn't show a balloon payment on the Internet she then tried to take the label off three times because I was wasting her time I asked for a manager three more times which she didn't do finally I said I'm asking you to explain the balloon payment you were the US Postal Service
She says I'm not the US Postal Service I'm a daughter of so-and-so
I said you're being very rude I'm just trying to figure this out she said I am going above and beyond customer service which I said you were going bare minimum you haven't told me anything and I had don't see a supervisor she then again proceeds to try to take off the label
I said wait until i speak to your manager so she says you can put in a survey but remember one complaint doesn't mean anything
Are you kidding me? So she throws that out there to say I can say anything I want to you it doesn't matter.
The supervisor finally came listen to the story. She was not tall and had Blue hair?!?!
She looked like she was scared of the employee and said well you could put in a survey. I tried to call and like the others it was busy I really hope my packages get there. As I was leaving the employee stated I went above and beyond and I said you did the bare minimum. This one should be closed. Awful awful awful. Finally I called the next day to be told I was lied to, Supervisor was not the blue haired lady. And he did not understand the balloon payment either. AWFUL. They need to close this one. No wonder it was not crowded like the others. It shows.

Absolutely awful both times I went into this location. Aside from being painfully slow and completely unhelpful, the woman I dealt with was incredibly rude. She ended up sending both the boxes back to the house wasting the postage and boxes because I had blacked out some of the words on the box which is what you are supposed to do if you reuse a box. She was condescending to me and lost her temper when I asked her basic questions. I left feeling like she was toxic and a horrible experience. I literally had to ask her to stop talking to me with such disrespect during our conversation. I left almost in tears. She wrote a passive aggressive note and taped it to the boxes she returned to the house out of spite. I had been doing it as an errand for my boss and they were sent back to her house which I had to explain why some woman would be so spiteful to sabotage a simple box mailing when I followed their instructions. Sometimes I HATE the US Post office so much.

I have tried to send a certified letter for business purposes 5 times to an address in this zone. The letter never gets there and tracking always ends at this USPS store. After filing cases to investigate 4 times and collecting 4 refunds. I drove to this post office to speak to the manager. The manager said that he had never been notified regarding the 4 investigations and that he would "get to the bottom of this" and call me back tomorrow. I left my number and that has been over a week ago. Still no phone call back which leads me to doubt his honesty regarding the 4 investigations. Worst post office I have dealt with in Tennessee. No consideration for paying customers, no regard for quality service, deceitful manager, and an inability to execute mail delivery services based on my experience.
