Dunkin'

I don’t know how to shop for coffee so anytime my little sister comes around with a great drink I snap a picture of the receipt on the cup. Despite how annoying it is to read a picture of the abbreviations— Lolo was welcoming, very patient and kind. She even gave recommendations and helped me discover a new taste that I’m thrilled about. Thanks Lolo. There was another lady, didn’t get her name, but her smile is contagious. Vibrant energy. Only negative was a selection of ice cream. I was in the mood for a scoop or two.

I’m loving the change in management, cleanliness of the store, friendly and courteousness of the staff. I’m a 25 year customer of Dunkin’ Donuts I’m very pleased. Some of the other customers are skeptical because they are no longer getting items for free that have hurt the previous owner.

In the drive through Devin was awesome. He was kind to everyone in our car. Hooked our Boston terrier up with a little pup cup. Definitely will continue to come to this location. 🤙🏼

I am a regular here. My order is always correct and ready when I come in. If you people were smart, you would do yourselves a favor and order from the app ahead of time.

Some employees take their time and quality is what we are looking for as a customer!!…I enjoy myself when I know my drink will be made correctly even if it takes an extra minute… The owners show compassion about your experience and you can ask them to remake your drink if it’s not hitting the spot... Be glad the world is getting used to being in person again! (:

Stopped in to pick up chocolate and peanut butter ice cream for my moms bday. They were out of the prepacked, but happily packed a quart for me. Everyone was so nice and super helpful. It was around 7pm on a Monday and not busy. Parking was easy. Inside was clean and I appreciated the 80s pop music that happened to be playing while I was there.

I've never had trouble with my order. Staff are always kind and attentive. I'm never disappointed and they seem to know how to make a perfect caramel coffee with cream and sugar (hot or cold). I'll continue to support them. Some people need to try starting with kindness and get the same in return.

Drive thru can be slow, and sometimes inaccurate but nothing too out of the ordinary. It's a toss up whether you'll get a friendly worker or not, but the guy that works drive thru in the morning is really cool so five stars for that guy. Also my dog loves when I take him to get the "snackin bacon"

They have a awesome bacon egg and cheese sandwich on Sourdough bread and it is amazing, and I think their hash browns are some of the best around, and it’s affordable.

Young African American Male Assistant Mgr is REALLY improving the standard of service at this location!! I didnt get his name, but I'd know that million dollar smile anywhere!!! He consistently gives top notch customer service and knows our order before we can get to the counter. Treatment like this keeps us coming back.

Super nice two black guys in there hook me up God is so good give them a raise super sweet very respectful !!

Today I randomly walked in to Dunkin’ Donuts in Knightdale for a pick me up as I was waiting on my kids dinner. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Richard. You are truly amazing not many people you come in contact with now in days go above and beyond for someone. Thank you for you kind gesture and kind words! Dunkin you truly have a great one!

Service was actually really nice this morning. Drive thru wait was less than 5 mins. I haven't ordered and made it out of the drive thru in that amount of time in a while. Great job on hiring more staff. Keep it up!

Pati (i believe that was her name i might be spelling it wrong) was extremely nice. Might be the nicest dunkin employee i’ve ever met. Our coffee was amazing also!

The customer service here is so much better compared to other Dunkins I've been to. Theyre very attentive to their customers.

Dunkin' has the BEST coffee. Wish that there were more variety of Donuts available. Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins in the same building is a terrific idea. Place was clean and staff was friendly and efficient.

Dont know her name but the blond woman with the nose piercing is always so friendly! Super upbeat personality that makes me smile everytime she is there.

Tried New Pancake Wrap. TERRIBLE!! BACON STILL PINK BARELY COOKED. EGG HALF SIZE PANCAKE. AWFUL!!!!
