Dunkin'

I went to get coffee young man Alex was working by himself. Working in retail I know customer service. This young man went above and beyond.he kept up with drive thru orders while keeping the customers happy. This young man did an amazing job if you can give this young man an award , pay raise, something that shows he is appreciated. Amazing young man.

This is THE WORST DUNKIN IN ALL AMHERST. You wanna be disrespected and talked about while your ordering your food, GO FOR IT. These CHILDREN WORKING HERE ARE NOT ONLY RACIST, but TROUBLE MAKERS. I HAD AN INTERACTION WITH AN EMPLOYEE, after being called a “b****” and various other names. All because HE HAD TO ASK HOW I WANTED MY COFFEE 5 times, to STILL GET IT WRONG. 20 minutes later and being called names and disrespected, as the manager says… “good staff is hard to find”….. lmao.. what a JOKE!!
They need to HIT RESET AND GET RID OF ALL OF THE TROUBLED, Amherst youth that works here… seriously. They are losing sooo

Dunkin food is consistent. Service is excellent. Their coffee and drinks are great!

The drive up line was almost..in the
Street. I went inside to buy a gift card.
I was helped right away. Awsome. Then
to back out of my parking spot, was a
Long line of cars. Thankfully, a car in line for drive up. Let me back up my vehicle
in front of this nice person's car. Then the line realized. I'm not in line. So I could
go aside of the line of cars and leave.

It was Dunkin good. Ordered on the phone app. Walked in. Our order was ready timely. Our coffees were hot and cornbread donuts delicious.

I dont live in Amherst but I worked at amherst college for the past 2 1/2 years and I stopped here every morning. The manager is absolutely incredible and her staff follows suit. I always feel welcome when they ask to take my order, the way you are talked to makes it seem like the person on the other side really enjoys their job and you dont find that often at facilities of this nature

Ware Dunkin' Donuts has a good variety of fresh donuts every day. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The shop is easily accessible, although, due to traffic, it isn't aways easy to exit from the parking lot.

Where I get my ice or hot macchiato every time I need one 👌

Tyler is the sweetest and best he makes every morning a great one and has for well over a year. Even when he's not directly working with me I know he's keeping it going!

Had two Donuts Boston cream and an Old Fashioned and a big ol cup of hot chocolate and it hit the spot nice fast service the girls are always cheerful friendly they always have a smile on their face

I ordered from their drive through it was quick but it was during late afternoon. Not sure About rush hour times

Going to south ma and stopped here. Friendly and quick service and ambiance was good. Above all coffee tests great.

The store and restrooms were very clean. The staff was fast and friendly and the coffee was made correctly and it was fresh.

Friendly staff cares about customer satisfaction, brewed my coffee fresh just to be sure I was satisfied

There was one girl that was nice and new what she was doing, Imani was her name. Great customer service.

Waited in line outside in traffic for about 10 min which was very quick, and service was quick and pleasant.

Donuts were delicious! Fast service for a long line!

One of the only Dunkin locations near the UMass campus. It is a life savor.
