Christie is absolutely amazing we came in with an army of people and laundry on a Sunday morning and she ran around taking care of us and other customers in a timely fashion it was my first time she helped me every step of the way with a smile on her face i appreciate you so much thank you!

Clean place. Washer and dryer are not expensive and you can use card. Was in and out quickly with freash clean clothes. In total I spent 24 minures washing and 28 minutes drying.

This place is really clean and quiet...the people behind the counter are usually friendly and will help you out with making change or doing the tanning things. The machines always work which is a plus. I dont think i've ever seen an out of service tag for more than a few days tops. Could be a smidge cheaper but its a laundromat and they gotta make money somehow.

I'd like to update this, while I have happily upgraded to my own Laundry machines I'd recommend this place as both the cleanest and cheapest.

Best dry cleaning in Bangor. About a 3 day turn-around, though the clothes came out perfectly. No irregular creasing or folds, no weird smells, and great customer service.

One of my favorite local laundromats I go to all the time. Laundry machines are all up to date and all is functional compared to other ones at Union St next to DD and Wendy's.

I recently turned 60, my attention to detail as in using a credit card to run the machines was not up to par! I got assistance, fast, courteous, and friendly too! The location is very close to my home. The hours are ample, early to last load at 8 pm. The store is always very, very clean. There are chairs to rest and watch TV! And there is a dollar tree next door to the laundry mat. Grab some stuff for home and a cold drink while the clothes are going through their cycle. The machines are super clean, in great repair, and just marvelous in the power to clean. The dryers are just as great at getting clothes dry in 30 to 45 minutes. I love this gem of a store, I recommend it to my family and friends! Oh, and free Wi-Fi too!! Plus if your into the deep dark tans, well then your in luck because their are tanning beds available to top off the great experience of doing your laundry! Really, I almost look forward to it!😎 Thank you Gold Star and it's employees.

Had a ton of laundry and I do epoxy so it wasn't easy..had them all done and the girl working that night stayed late to finish.. definitely gained a new regular.

I was impressed with these cleaners! They dry cleaned my WWII veteran father's funeral flag FREE of charge, and although they weren't sure if anyone would be able to fold it back up the way it was, they apparently were able to ask their district manager, who was able to fold it back up into the triangle--which fit perfectly into the display case. Thank you so much, Gold Star, for honoring my father this way!

I have been coming here for tanning for over 10 years I have always had a great experience they always fit me in if I don’t have an appointment I especially enjoy talking with the employees😊 I must say Dave always has a smile on his face and he is the best in customer service your lucky to have him for sure!

I understand between covid and crackheads bathrooms are closed. What i don't get is a business not allowing a person to urinate in their bathroom while doing laundry. I went next door and they don't have a bathroom for customers. I went to go take my vehicle to find a place to urinate that wouldn't get me arrested. Locked my keys in my car. Waiting for a row truck in obvious discomfort and the employees laughed.... Never again giving this or any location business.

I find the place maintain well daily on each of my visits and in-house security prevents theft of clothing. The also have for customers only, 3 internet connected terminals that can be used by their customers along with tanning beds at affordable rates.

Got two shirts dry cleaned took a few days wish it was cleaner fantastic price and service everyone there is so kind and helpful for anyone with me being a new customer plus if you work or on travel I really do like they will hold your dry cleaning for a crazy 90 days which is beyond plenty of normal time again all great experience and will for sure be back

This is the best Dry Cleaner/Laundromat in Bangor. They have internet and tanning booths to add. Beverage machines, free coffee to customers. Two televisions on the wall. Clean atmosphere. Great prices for service.

Great, clean, laundromat with friendly, helpful staff! They are always making sure the place is clean, which is great. I've been to a few other laundromats and they aren't half as clean as here. Keep up the great work!

I've been going here since 2012 as homeless . Now I'm in winterport maine our apartments has a lil laundry mat. But never cleans our clothes . So I travel to bangor here to wash my clothes. I always get them clean here and smell clean. I am thankful for these guys here. Just wish winterport at our apartments have chance to replace there's . But I'm ok to travel to bangor ..
