I first want to say the kitchen came out amazing due to the work crew, they were on it!
Next just the process alone was a horrible experience, I agree with a lot of the reviews about this company. I was told my kitchen would be done in a week, wrong try two weeks. I had to constantly keep on Daniel, sometimes the work crew would show up at 8am or 9am or never show, I was told by the work crew it was Daniel's decision. Very unprofessional on Daniel's part, also when I would call the showroom a lady would answer have no idea and then never get back to me, I had to make a trip to the showroom and express how unsatisfied I was with how Daniel handled the project to my kitchen. Through the two weeks, i found out Daniel measured my cabinets wrong supposedly he was traveling to Sacramento to get them, which was always the response when I would call. The cabinets that did not fit just laid in my livingroom for the two weeks like storage.I never got a walk through each time something was done to the kitchen nor a final walk through. I would never go through this company again... Unprofessional, didn't care for customer's time! People BEWARE!

8 months and still no work done. I recommend to find other business who value your time and are really serious to actually get the work done. I wish I had zero stars unfortunately they don't let me. Pretty horrible Installer they use Daniel - agree with all other reviews.

Agree with most recent review. This business does NOT respect customers time. We made an appointment in person this past Saturday for today, 2/9/2023. NO SHOW. NO CALL. NO VOICE MESSAGE. We would give them a big fat zero if we could. Will never use them. Maybe a blessing in disguise.

Worst customer service! We started our kitchen project at the end of 2021 and were told that they would travel to Discovery Bay for the installation of quartz countertops. Now when we are ready for installation they say NO that is too far and we are too busy. And that is after a no show appointment for measurements, several attempts to contact them without a return call. We had to go to the shop to find this out directly. Now we have a new Kitchen without countertops. Thanks Daniel

The absolute worst quality of work I have ever seen in a custom kitchen cut the sink short messed up my custom ordered granite wouldn't recommend them to do nothing with granite plz call me for pics before you use them 209991l61098 live in Oakdale and extremely disappointed in there work

I only gave one star because I had to to be able to post thisThe most unprofessional place I have everBeen unlucky enough to be in contact with absolutely horrible from the people inside the store to the person who was supposed to come give an estimateWaited half a day for the person to come out the installer and give an estimate he decided he didn't want to come out where I'm at so he blew me off no phone call no nothing I called the office they said they call me off everybody just blew me off and absolutely terrific joke I can't believe they're still in businessThe worst of all of them is the installer named Daniel
