Kat and her staff are simply the best. Attentive, jovial and great with orders it's like your own family is running the place. She treats every customer with attention and respect all while making your deli experience the best. BTW, the food is also great. The bagels are top notch Long Island bagels - the egg salad is delicious and made fresh everyday. Whoever is on the grill does an amazing job and always gets the order right. 5 Stars to this classic Long Island bagel Deli.

Been going there for years. Good prices and tasty breakfast. Their ice tea is bomb af, definitely recommend.
They actually do bagels right compared to other places in Holbrook.
They had a change of staff i noticed. Some good and bad people left it seems. So far the ones there are very attentive and friendly.

New ownership has made this cafe an awesome experience for me the past several times I have been in.

This bagel place is awesome, the workers Paulie, Jackie, Cass, Rachel and Jerry are always pleasant!! The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is very nice and me and my husband just love going there,. We live in Holtsville and go to Bagel cafe just about every day for breakfast.. would recommend to every one

When I first came here early in the year, I was not happy. Employees could not seem to get on the same page. Employees were arguing in front of customers, nobody new to make pancake batter ahead of time so they wouldn't be like paperweights, etc. so I stopped going. I was about to write them off as going out of business shortly. Then a few months later, I returned because, in all fairness, the bagels were really good.

OMG, what a huge turnaround!!!! Things ran smoothly, the food got better, the pancakes were light and fluffy this time and the bacon....it's to die for!!! Tasty, cooked to perfection and but not burned at all. Employees were no longer arguing and they were working in an order that made everything flow smoothly and efficiently. Since I returned, I'm completely hooked on the place! Food is delicious, the staff is SUPER friendly and now know me by name, the bagels are amazing and the pancakes and french toast is awesome!!!

I am amazed at how well they turned themselves around and how well they've worked out the kinks that, at first, hindered them. Keep up the good work!!!!

I work here and I Must say the staff is amazing. I get along with everyone there and have tried a lot of food. I think it’s great food and a friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends. COME TO BAGEL CAFE!

Best bagel store in the Holbrook area. These guys know how to make the real New York bagels correctly. Traditional egg sandwiches are also made well. Definite recommend!

They are the BEST bagel place I know of. Everything is always hot and delicious! The text order addition to their place is super convenient.
