Nice USPS Post Office! I've NEVER had any issues with anything about this post office! The counter staff has always been friendly and helpful!! I'm very happy they're open until 2:30 on Saturday!! Thank you so much to the Postmaster at this USPS location!

Went there 3 times already never had a problem😄

I barely had to wait and I was able to send my packages out with no problems! The lady working there got me in and out quickly. 🙂🙂

Love this post office. Had a P.O. Box here for 14 years. The employee's are great here, and always helpful. Always give you the options available for delivery with out asking. They are always busy here & there is normally a line. But they do keep you moving right along here.

If u don't want your packages sitting at the post office for 7 days without being scanned once come here. my customers complain everyday thinking I never sent the item.

Couldn't tell it was even open as there's no large sign on display. It is open as of now (June 27, 2022) next to AutoZone

Frequently long lines because the tellers go on break often. Some tellers are very pleasant. Others are just downright miserable.

Slow! Always one person at counter, Never any other registers open always gotta wait for someone to come out from back room smh line are always out the door!

My package has been sitting in this post office for a week now. Really bad service!

Me and my husband where expecting a package and some time sensitive mail yesterday 6/2/23 we live at the link on sunset ave here in utica and we think the guy who came and delivered mixed our mail up with another residents mail please either have yiur workers doubel check what mailbox they put the mail in and/or just bring packages up to the apartment door. Me and my husband have also left a note in our mail box for the postal workker eho delivers the mail to our building reminding him a former resident who doesnt live here anymore and we still get their mail

I was traveling in the area and had two packages sent here for a pickup hold on Oct. 6, 2022. The label was addressed to me and specifically said "USPS - HOLD FOR PICKUP" with my phone number.

They called me and said it would be okay for me to pick up the packages the next day, Oct. 7, 2022. I came in the afternoon and was told that the packages were already sent back to originator the day before.

Truly unprofessional; A TOTAL WASTE OF RESOURCES for the packages to now be circled around the country; total lack of communication (their phone number is disconnected); rude workers. Just an all around dump.

Not sure why the entire staff has to take lunch break at the same time and close the store instead of rotating lunches.
