Omg! The best Iced Brown sugar Oat-milk shaken espresso I’ve ever had in my life!!! The store is super clean, baristas very polite! I wish I would’ve gotten my baristas name! He was just fantastic!

Great location! The staff is so friendly and my drink is delicious every time.

Ive gone mid-day ordering ahead and via walk in. Never had a problem, my drink always tastes delicious and the ladies working are always kind. I can see how the negative reviews would be frustrating during the morning rush. Maybe ordering ahead is the way to go instead of waiting. My personal experience has been better at this location than some of the other locations.

One of my regular steps but today was extra special, I always get great service but the barista went above and beyond. I had order mobile and was waiting so they inquired and then I realized that I accidentally sent it to another location. They, without hesitation, told me not to worry and made my drink. It was very generous and I called the other location to pay that drink forward so it didn't go to waste.

EXCELLENT service! in particular the barista Ashley is SUPER kind and SUPER efficient! During Thanksgiving and any holiday they don’t skip a beat and provide extra care. They have great messages with their decorations and service. When you go there you are not just a customer but a friend!

The manager that helped the young lady at the cash register on Sunday afternoon and who made the drinks had the best attitude I have EVER seen at a Starbucks! Thx!

I just walked out of this Starbucks. A black young gentleman named Eugene Was beyond helpful and beyond patient with me figuring out my taste buds for the new winter season. I would like management to notify him that I wrote this compliment about him. GOOD GUY, GREAT SERVICE 10/10!

All Startbucks aren't as fast or attentive as this one! I was running late to the office and decided to try this location while in heavy traffic. Impressive attention to detail and speed of service on this visit!. My order was accurate and this was without mobile ordering. I will return soon!

Starbucks are always good for me but here, something strange happened.
A lady complained about her coffee"frapecinno" why was it frozen and insisted to see the manager.
Some of the staff came out and I saw it myself giving her a gift card aswell as they remade her the coffee which to my understanding was way to much.
No one should take advantage of such moments!

Iv been coming here for over a year, and Iv yet to have a bad experience or have a poorly made drink! The moral is amazing and the attitudes of the members who work here are always positive. This particular spot I feel is well managed and functions above a five star rating!

My work centered Starbucks. Perfectly placed for a pre ordered drive by coffee pick up. Very nice personable staff that Seem not to have the terrible turnover that most Starbucks experience. Same great faces at this shop every morning!

This Starbucks is always so courteous and well-operated. Today, for example, I sat outside on a warm day with a hot tea and a beautiful young woman came outside and brought me a glass of cold water. Thank you for being amazing!

Great location for heading south through Alexandria. Line is never too long and suggest doing Starbucks Mobile Order if you are going during peak hours. Staff is always nice as well.

Great customer service and rapid service. Someone walked away with my order and the baristas quickly made my order and were very apologetic. Was in and out quickly as they were busy with the morning rush.

One of the only places in my area that has mobile ordering. Very fast people were friendly. Drinks were made well. Really all you can ask.

How do they keep up? This place is always busy but the wait is never longer than normal. They are very consistent in getting our drinks right. Very well run establishment.

The staff is always very friendly, even when the lines are almost out the door. They remember my face, if not my name, and my order! Its a great way to start your morning.
