Harbour Dental Care - St. Augustine

My wife and daughter went to the St. Johns office and raved about how great the whole experience was. The people, the doctor, the "vibe".

I signed up and took the first available appointment. Mine was at the historic downtown area office. Same impression down there. Wonderful people with great personalities. Respectful, kind, polite, professional, fun, easy to work with.

No complaints, and only an overall very positive experience.

I did not feel like I was being pushed, or sold. I was treated, cared for, had a treatment plan discussion. I left with a treatment plan, estimated costs, suggested priorities, and no judgment if I wanted to wait, or skip on, certain treatments. (I want straighter teeth, but maybe not enough to pay for trays, wear them for 12 months, wear a retainer after, etc.

Many times I am indifferent with the service I receive at any business. I understand when it isn't great at some places.

I feel like Harbour Dental has a very good thing going with how they treat patients and how they run their practice. I'll be back.

The office staff was very professional and friendly. Trish, my Dental Hygienist, did an awesome job! She played the music I liked during the 2 hour procedure. The transformation of the color of my teeth from " light yeller" to bright white was amazing! Trish did a great job! She was always making sure that I wasn't hurting. She was very careful when applying the whitening gel as well as making the impressions for my teeth trays.

I absolutely loved this dentist. Everyone was very friendly and nice. The office was clean and comfortable. Taylor was great at making me feel relaxed and at ease while she took my x-rays. Dr.Lee was awesome and did a great job explaining my dental plan, and making it easy to understand what was needed and the schedule for the work to be done. Anna also did a great job doing what she does. Overall, I had a really good dental experience. I'd recommend Harbor Dental Care to anyone who needs a good dentist.

I was trying to find a new dentist after not going for so long and was hesitant to say the least. Right when I entered Harbour Dental, the staff was amazing! Karen was incredibly wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. Taylor was also a ray of sunshine! I couldn’t have been in better hands than with Trish and Dr. Lee whose unbelievable care was only overshadowed by their infectious personalities. Freddy and Ana made check in and check out such a positive experience that I know I’ve found my new dentist for years to come!

Everyone at this practice was very nice and welcoming. My dental assistant Michelle was amazing, she was very caring and gentle, you can tell she cares about her patients and making them feel comfortable! Dr. Lee was also excellent and explained to me everything he was doing and my treatment plan and options. I think I finally found a practice that seems to care about me and my dental problems and how to find a solution to them! I am very happy I decided to give them a try!

Cute house converted into a dental office. Has adequate free parking spaces in the back of the facility (can be tricky to find at first from the Main Street). They’re upfront about costs and did not try to push any product on me. Kelly was my dental hygienist. She was very sweet and gentle with me. I appreciate her kindness and empathy toward my trauma inflicted by another office years ago. See you at my next follow up!

Karen was gentle during x-rays. Trish was friendly and welcoming. She did a great job explaining what she was doing. Dr. Lee explained everything that needed to be done for my teeth and answered all my questions. I was able to get the work I needed done the same day. Dr. Lee made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout and did a great job. Highly recommend Harbour Dental Care!!!

Dr. Lee is the best dentist. He is kind and patient and loves his job. I had 2 crowns and 2 fillings and never felt pain. Dr. Lee and Michelle worked great as a team. Highly recommend

As someone who hasn't been to a dental office in some time, due to past experiences, i was very hesitant to visit another office. I was referred here by a friend and i am very happy to see how genuinely they handle business.

Their office is very clean, the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. I was taken back and cared for by Michelle, who has a fantastic personality for the job at thand. She is professional, caring, cracks a few jokes to lighten the nerves and very honest about what is seen or what needs to be looked at by the attending Dental Dr.

As soon as I walked in, I felt at home. Dental assistants Trish and Michelle were really sweet and gentle with my teeth. Dr. Lee was down to earth and informative. They conveyed a professional, polite demeanor and made my experience comfortable. So glad I found them for my future dental care.

First time at Harbour dental and was really impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and care from the staff. I was lucky enough to have Taylor and Trish. Both great at their job, and they explain things to you with patience and understanding. Very happy with my experience here.

I have been going to Harbour Dental for 6+ years and always have a good experience. Recently I was in for a cleaning and D.H. Carly was fantastic. 10☆s!! Subsequent to the cleaning I needed a crown and a filling replaced. Dr Lee and his assistant (Jill, l believe), were gentile, patient, and concerned with my comfort level during the entire procedure! They too get 10☆s!

Dr Lee is the "Singing Dentist". The office has soft music and Dr Lee sings while working on my teeth. It takes my mind off of dental work and I can relax more. The office is very clean and comfortable. The Staff is incredibly kind and efficient. A thousand stars.

By far the most amazing dentist iv been to yet. Only being In Florida for a short period of time they really worked on getting me in and work done before heading back north. Dr lee and Michelle were so kind and caring and did an excellent job. I highly recommend coming here

I am a super Nervous Nelly when it comes to going to the dentist! High anxiety to say the least! Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step with such care and compassion. Never have I experienced going to the dentist and not hitting the roof with pain from the dental tools!! I had a cracked tooth in the front side area and they made it whole again. They matched my tooth with an EXACT shade!! Absolutely blew my mind having my tooth look like all the others again🤯 Like I said I am a big baby, but my experience here was exceptional! Thanks to ALL the staff and Dr. Lee, for your kindness and non judgemental professionalism during the whole process! Truly the best team🤗

While on a vacation traveling to St. Augustine last month, I started getting a lot of tooth pain. About three hours after we called them, they got me in and diagnosed my problem. The saved our trip with the only option we had and we greatly appreciate DDS Kevin Snyder and the staff at Harbour Dental Care.

Very particular about the dental office I choose and the team at Harbour Dental made the experience more than pleasant! The hygienist, Trish, is AMAZING 🤩. The office staff, Alfred and Alan, are always helpful and Dr. Lee takes his time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am not a fan of dentists. But if I have to go, Harbour Dental Care is the right place! I highly recommend them. My wife and I moved here a year ago and we are glad we chose them in St. Augustine. Dr Lee started my second crown recently and two weeks later Dr Chou finished it — I could not be happier. Dr Snyder did my first crown and all went well too. All 3 are professional and compassionate. But I’ll save the best for last, Carly was my dental hygienist today and she was the best. She took her time and was very competent and caring. In my book, a grand slam with all four staff members!

Carley did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was gentle and caring. It was a real pleasant experience. When I walked in for my first appointment, I met Karen. She was talking to me about my situation, And helped me to calm down. I will definitely bring the rest of my family next year. Thank you so much for everything.

Amazing personalities, explained everything clearly in a manner we could understand. My wife was told by another dentist that her two back molars were unsavable. Alan explained everything very clearly that her teeth could be saved with crowns. Saved a ton of money because of their in-network discount through Ameritus insurance. Harbor has made us patients of theirs for life because of how super professional and down to Earth they were!
