F.W. Webb Company - South Portland

I recently worked with Dustin Owens at FW Webb to select plumbing fixtures for my new dental practice in Portland. I was able to schedule a meeting promptly with Dustin to sit down and discuss my wants for the project. He was prepared and helped me search for everything I needed. When he was out of the showroom someone else was readily able to assist me. I have since called them to special order a couple things for my home. I really like that they have so many items on display to get inspiration from!

We recently worked with Dustin at FW Webb in South Portland Me. Our project was a bathroom renovation. Between the well-stocked showroom and Dustin's expertise, we were able to see and touch all of the available products and select what was best for us. Dustin provided a great customer experience. He asked all of the right questions to help determine our needs and wants, provided feedback on each item, responded to my email inquires in a timely manner, and got everything right the first time. We were very pleased with Dustin and FW Webb and would recommend them without question.

My bathroom remodel was a huge success and I attribute much of that success to my purchases at FW Webb. I researched price and quality of all the plumbing fixtures I would need from various resources. Fortunately, I stopped in at FW Webb on my last bit of research and met Dustin. We just remodeled our kitchen and bath and bought all of our products from FWWebb. If you want extraordinary customer service, work with Dustin Owens. His warm personality, humor, product knowledge, and willingness to help made the process for us so much easier. I had no idea what I wanted when I first went to FWWebb because there were so many choices. Dustin helped me to narrow down the best fit for the size of our rooms and am thrilled with the finished product. I changed my mind so many times, and Dustin was always patient and willing to make the necessary changes. Dustin even stood up for us when the knucklehead contractors installed our sink wrong and then said it was correct. Dustin understood there was only one way to install this particular type of sink and validated our concerns. In the end, the countertop was removed and recut to fit properly. Dustin is a gem!!

Paul T and his crew are the best they always have exactly what you need in stock and they have excellent , professional people with product knowledge that is second to none. There is no other supply house that you want to consider in Southern Maine FW Webb is the place to be. I have a company with 8 people in it and every one of them who's dealt with somebody at FW Webb is in total agreement best products best people long-time customer and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come

Delivered here with a load of water heaters. People are very friendly, especially Mike who helped me unload my trailer. Plenty of room to dock. They have a large side lot that you can stay over night at. Cant wait to deliver here again!
