This store has top quality customer service. I visited today (12/22) during peek holiday hours and the store was well organized and all of the customers were being attended too in an orderly fashion. Even in a holiday rush the employees were top notch and the manager (John I believe) was actively helping his customers and team mates. Best Verizon experience ever.

My husband and I went to Verizon store today, and I must say it was a great experience. Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect phone and plan for our needs. I appreciated his patience and expertise. Overall, a top-notch customer service experience that makes me confident in choosing Verizon for my mobile needs.

Walked in on a very busy Friday evening and was told upfront that they were pretty busy so there would be a wait. I did wait about 45 min but it was obvious that every employee was helping someone constantly throughout that time so what can you do about that? When it was my turn Admir helped me with my SIM card issue in less than 10 min and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Despite the wait, a great experience.

The staff in the store, including the manager, was very helpful, patient, and empathetic in dealing with issues that I was experiencing at a corporate level due to fraudulent activity on my account.
Although I am in the process of canceling my service and moving to another carrier, it's not a reflection on these folks. It's really a shame that they're stuck working with such a horrendous call center and corporate structure.

We always use this store and everybody is always helpful. Today we want to especially thank Patrick who was helpful with more than just our upgrades. It was the best experience we’ve had yet. Thank you Patrick!!

I stopped by the Enfield, CT Verizon store Monday evening around 6-7 pm and found it was closing early due to staffing during the pandemic. I initially was disappointed that they were closing. However the staff did inform me of other locations staying open until 8 pm. Then a wonderful staff member named Shawn or Sean (not sure of how he spells his name ) helped me with my iPad and answered All my questions. He was very pleasant and helpful , I appreciate him staying longer to assist me.

Thanks to Natalia for the time and patience she gave to my appointment today. She easily identified the problem with my phone and corrected the issue. She also took the time to talk about different features on my phone. Excellent customer service. 👍

I was having trouble with my phone and I stopped by this location for help and lucky for me Admir The solution specialist was there to save the day! He is also the person who helped me select the phone a few years ago. I have been going to this location since it's been open and have always had great service here from all the staff, but Admir is a true professional and is very helpful in explaining all the phone's and the features on them. Definitely check this location out for outstanding service.

I went in to look for a watch upgrade for myself, and ended up trading in my wife’s watch for a better deal! Fast service great deals that’s why I love my Verizon store.

I stopped in to see if I could get someone to help me with my Verizon phone that I purchased in the Enfield Square. That store is now closed. The staff at this Verizon store were ready and eager to help me with my problem. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody looking to purchase, upgrade, or just ask for help.

I am not a huge fan of Verizon customer service at all in fact I recently switched my services to At&T as they seem more friendly but the Enfield location is pretty good at treating people right thank you Shawn for having outstanding customer service wish there was more people at Verizon like you
