Outstanding store. Staff is always friendly and more than willing to answer questions, and the selection of sets they have is fantastic. Having this place within a 20 minute Metro ride from me has not been the best for my wallet, but I always leave satisfied.

Always a pleasure going here. Staff is wonderful and helpful. Store is small but has lots of options and always seems to be a popular spot.

The staff was friendly and showed a willingness to help my husband find an appropriate lego set for our 3 yr old. The store was not overly crowded and the registers were open; eliminating a long wait.

If you ever forget what your childhood was like! Drop by ! From star wars to pirate ships to an open sandbox to create anything and everything ! I wish I can just get lost here with my imagination unleashed. Let your inner child roam free !!!

Great Lego store. Small but it has a lot of items to chose from. We ending up getting the ford car. Prices are the same everywhere.

Nice selection, helpful staff. A young lady named Kim helped us today...she was very friendly & knowledgeable! The store has good promotions for VIP members.

Always a great stop. The staff here are excellent. I forget the name of the gentleman who helped us out, but he was very nice and very knowledgeable. I would love to have a Lego store in our local mall. The closest stores to us are an hour away in either Cleveland or Pittsburgh.

It is nice having a LEGO store closer to home. The only complaint is it is small compared to others in the area. The staff is always great and friendly.

I love the Lego store. Even though Anaiya was not kind today, the other members of the store were and they explained everything to me. I am looking for a piece to my Floral kit and one of the kind people explained that I can simply purchase the bricks online and they will ship them to me. Anaiya was so rude to the other customers as well - she threw money at them and slammed the phone down. It seemed as though she does not want to work at the Lego store. If you do not want to work at the Lego store and be passionate about Legos, then leave - we need people who understand that Legos are for EVERYONE.

I really loved the 3 x $10 offer. The customized legos are really cute!

Amazing store- as few others have said, they carry a few hard to find sets. Great service as well. Marcus helped my niece chose the perfect set and made us feel so welcomed! He is the best!

I bought a little Lego charm bracelet with my six-year-old daughter. When we were walking around the mall, one of the charms fell off. We went back and asked if we could buy a replacement. Kim and Leslie were so kind. They took one out of a display and gave it to us for free. What an incredible customer experience. They made my daughter so happy. Give those two a raise!

Located on the second level near the center food court / metro. Nice sized store that usually stocks some of the more hard to find items. Has a decent sized pick a brick wall. The staff are friendly inside and has a nice selection of displays for the size of store. For a quick in and out trip expect to pay 3 dollars for parking. This is a good spot to get first release goods because of the parking costs makes it a less target for some of the first day release mobs that can happen with highly sought after Lego sets.

Visited that place a few weeks ago and brought two new City sets (the mobile crane and the beach lifeguard tower). Shoutout to the genius herself, Alex! She was on point and very eager to help! She is also pretty fun to talk to about anything involving Lego. That is why she is my favorite person there and I hope to see her in the store more often. It wouldn't be the same without her.

This Lego store is well organized and staffed by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. I came in with my young daughter and used this shopping trip to teach her about budgeting and smart shopping. Jose was very patient and took his time to explain what was on sale and he even helped my daughter feel the mini figurine packages to get the characters she wanted! The next associate, who I believe was named Kim was very patient at the cash register as my daughter got her money organized. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this location.

Our family loves LEGO, and this was our 1st time in store after patiently waiting for it to open after Covid restrictions. Nathan (hopefully remembered that right) was operating solo and the store was pretty busy, but he did a great job, especially as the store had a few extra restrictions to limit touching. Great customer service and was pleasantly surprised by bonus LEGO stuff based on our purchases. We will definitely will back.

If you love Lego you'll love this place. LEGO's so crazy expensive these days that it's hard to justify buying them, but my kids love them. And the store was very good. I liked the staff very much.

The manager Kim is great! She goes above and beyond. Always willing to help and provide excellent service. The store always provides a great visit. Huge selection, great promotions and amazing staff!!

Not much to say about the location itself other than the staff was good and the store was orderly. But Lego Stores in general are great! Make sure you join their VIP Club to get extra perks or free gifts when you buy stuff. Not only do you build points to unlock better deals but it keeps you "in the know" when it comes to what Lego offers.

Doing a great job of distancing. They don't let you touch anything, but will show you whatever you want. Have clearly marked areas to stand, pick a brick is with a sheet you fill out, like a sushi order. Polybags are labeled for you! Nice perk!!
