Panera Bread

We enjoyed the soup late night. It had a good amount of chicken and vegetables. The noodles were not soggy. The only thing I could suggest is to lower the salt on the soups. You can always add salt but never can’t takeoff salt. It could be more appealing for other customers who have salt restrictions.

I placed a pickup order today for a loaf of tomato basil bread. It is a very popular flavor, so I was surprised it was still in stock on a Sunday afternoon.
The very kind and helpful employee, Zach, called to inform me that unfortunately they had cut all of their loaves of this flavor. However, he had called and found an uncut loaf at a nearby location, and asked them to set it aside for me. This, in my opinion, was going above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help! I will be back.

Time 4:00pm. The young lady who is on cash YALL NEED TO KEEP HER!! I run a business and if I could steal her I would! She is so nice. Knowledgeable, and quick. She's the reason I'm also joining the sip club. Idk what you are paying her but double it!!!!

I go to the Panera on Portion Road, everyday. I've been going for almost 2 years, and recently everyday for about 4months.
every time I go Lucas is beyond helpful and pleasant. He is sweetest human not just an employee- HES A PERSON!
love his vibe and helpfulness and willingness to help.
Kitchen staff always working fast and store is VERY CLEAN.
The entire team always appears smiling and generally happy to be there. From someone who works in a similar environment, being able to enjoy that on the flip side MORE THAN APPRECIATIVE.

I felt so bad today I ordered my food wrong & I hadn’t been here in years.. but can I just say this location has one of the greatest managers ? Thank you Darius for being so kind & patient today . & thank you Panera for amazing food 😭 might have to come back ….

I ordered on the Panera app, so I didn't interact with the staff, but my food was ready in literally 10 minutes. Part of that could be because I was there late in the day during the week, so it was not busy. My order was correct and up to Panera's standards. The app always gives me trouble, but that's a corporate issue and no reflection on the restaurant itself. I am a fan of Panera food, and this location in Lake Ronkonkoma did not disappoint.

Their French onion soup is great.

There was a small mix up with my order and Fraiser was really eager to fix it. He wanted to make sure that my daughter and I were happy. My daughter really appreciated him making her a new sandwich very quickly! I would definitely come to the Ronkonkoma Panera again!

This review reflects an experience during the COVID19 pandemic. My fiancé and I had been looking for a treat out for dinner and she was really excited to get a gluten free cookie (she has celiacs). We ordered through Uber eats and she was disappointed to see we could not add one to our order but put our order through anyways. I called in and spoke with a young lady (sorry I forgot her name!) and asked if we could order it over the phone and add it in and she couldn’t have been more helpful and happy to do it. It seems small and maybe even stupid but something little like this during a difficult time truly made our day today. Thank you for keeping us fed!

We eat here frequently, enjoy the food and service. The food is always fresh and staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. One of our favorites is the broccoli cheese soup! Enjoy

I like the Panera, it's quick, nice inside and the food is pretty decent. I like the greek salad and the soup selection is great. Good coffee and the baked goods are tasty too. Pick up is also quick and easy!

Our office recently ordered food. The receipt said "triple checked for satisfaction" so we assumed all was ok. Went back to the office to notice our brownies were missing. I would have given a negative review however they accommodated us by driving to our location and bringing us the missing food. So for that, 5 stars. Panera is always a win.

Dope service, great food, everything was clean, employees were all dope and the manager was really on top of things. If I lived closer, this would be a go-to 👌🏽👌🏽

I was on the verge of death. Nowhere in the known universe could I find a quality meal for a reasonable price. Because of this, I had not eaten for several weeks. Until I came across Panera Bread. I went inside the building and was greeted with an aromatic aura that stimulated my entire being. After ordering my food from the alluring cashier, I received my food on a plate that was so pristine, it appeared to have been washed by Jesus himself. As I ate my exquisite fare, I was overwhelmed with a feeling of pure euphoria, analogous to my first time smoking the devil's lettuce. Leaving this magnificent shrine, I vowed to eat at Panera Bread for the rest of my life. Panera saved my life.

This is my go to place for something healthy... Love their southwest chicken lime salad, so yummy and lots of avocado. My indulgence is the broccoli cheddar soup, so creamy, and ok it does have broccoli, so it's kinda healthy! Hubby says the French Onion soup is great

Caleigh is the most efficient, friendly, and informative worker here. SO pleased whenever we visit here and see her. She always makes sure we have each item we need and is there to suggest the best foods! 5 stars for this Panera!
