We tend to gravitate here for birthday gatherings as the are so accommodating. Food is fresh and service is good

Tonight I had a birthday party at Monicals in Mt. Zion.
The staff was amazing and kind. Especially, Zach, the manger. He was very accommodating & hospitable.
He went above and beyond to make my sons birthday party perfect. Kudos to you Zach! I will def be back because of him. #RockStarStatus🌟🌟🌟

The person at the register was super friendly the seating area is very nice great little pizza place.

My favorite pizza place from my childhood! Loved it soooooooo much! A little bit more salty than I remember but still oh sooo good. Gotta give this place a try. Always have to eat here whenever I come through to visit family.

We love Monicals pizza and their salad dressing. We were there to celebrate a family anniversary. It is a great place to have a small celebration. We are always seeing birthday parties while we are in there.

My wife, kids, and I went in here the other day and had a great experience!! MaKayla was our server and she was fantastic!! Was great with our kids, and went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend requesting her section next time you’re there.

I don't have Monicals where I live now. I grew up in the Decatur area, so whenever I'm in town, I love eating at Monical's. The pizza is awesome. The salad was fresh, crisp, and just the way I expected it. The dressings (French and creamy Italian) are always great (put it on the pizza, too), and of course, the pizza was great. The best thing crust pizza around.

We went with the pan pizza and chose our toppings and cheese the way we like it. It added to the cost, but it was worth it.

Monicals has really gone downhill, yet they are charging higher prices. Slow service, managers degrading workers in front of customers, when they have obviously not been properly trained. Pizza was not hot. We were all disappointed. This was the 3rd chance.
I grew up with Monicals being our families/friends favorite.
We are done with Monicals.

Great gluten free pizza and generous salad. You order at the counter near the entrance and your food is delivered to table. We are extremely pleased with our server she was courteous and attentive

We all wish we had a salad bar. We no longer have a salad bar in decatur.

I am originally from the Decatur area. When I come home for a visit, eating at Monical's is a must! The thin crust Deluxe is delicious! Their homemade French dressing is so good we dip our pizza in it! Our waitress, Alexus, was attentive and very friendly!

Out-of-towner, had never heard of them before. Surprisingly fantastic thin crust pizza! Very crispy crust, nice seasoning, and great toppings. Very pleasant surprise - hope to see them closer to STL soon.

It was good pizza and they were able to make room for our party of 12. They didn't charge us extra for a large party.

Its the best place for pizza i have ever been to in my 75 trips around the sun. I won't go anywhere else.
