Steak 'n Shake

Extremely friendly servers. Always willing to help and greet you with a friendly face. Food is as always amazing, and the shakes are the best I have ever had. Great experience.

Seated immediately and waitress was very nice and accommodating. Drink order taken immediately and food was out very quick.

Restaurant is clean and appealing. I do miss having tableside service. However, the staff did a great job with the food prep and basic service.... love me a. Dbl Steakburger with cheese, fries, and chili mac

Had never been to a steak and shake, so did not know what to expect, and was I ever pleasantly surprised, good food, friendly poeple, clean facility, resonable price.

Its a great diner, would like to go back some time.

Great experience, with all of the issues trying to get employees to work Steak and Shake was innovative and has new ordering kiosk. It was quicker service and better service the order was correct. There is also no tipping now as well. Keep up the good work and to the others be patient or apply to be a server.

I don't review chain restaurants, but WOW this place has great food. Even better burgers than some of the local eateries I visited. Good fresh fries too, hot and tasty!

I have eaten at many Steak'n Shakes. This had to be the best I have ever had from any of them. The burgers were (at least it seemed) thicker , but maybe they just weren't cooked to a crisp. The fries were very fresh. It was a great experience. 😊

We had Jade as our waitress. She was very nice and good at her job. She took her break so we had others that were also good. Food was good and hot. We had six at our table and everyone was pleased with their food. It was around lunch time. A Mr. Whitten was manager(?) on duty. He was very nice also. Store number is 0007.

We are really Loving the $4 menu! I am able to feed my entire family and not think we were ripped off.
They were very busy!

I love their thin-cut fries and their good ole greasy burgers. Not a fan of the chili...waaay too many beans for my taste, but the flavor is great. They have some of the best coffee in town.

The woman at the counter was extremely patient and sweet. My order was big and needed to be in separate bags. Everything was correct and she even helped me with my coupons. Very great service and food..

Everyone was extremely friendly! Food was great as well. It’s evident that customer satisfaction is at the top of the staffs mind, which is rare these day.

Once again we had a wonderful visit here today. The food was delicious, the service was as expected, and the price was the same as always. Definitely would recommend people visit here and enjoy the food!

The food is really good. Taste great. Very enjoyable experience old timey just like I like it. Makes the most sense to go there over anywhere else.

I cannot believe how amazing they were. Short staffed got my order incorrect and they went above and beyond to fix it without even asking. I could ask for better customer/food service. Thank you so much!

I don't eat here often but one of my favorite items to get is the bacon and egg sandwich on a biscuit. As usual it was hot and fresh. They have amazing biscuits!
