Starbucks

My first cup of take-out blonde roast was lukewarm around 9:30 AM. I was very disappointed and requested a do-over.
It too was barely hot, but it was better than cup #1.
I later heard, from another customer who observed the whole transaction I'd had, that blonde roast is only brewed until 10AM...no new pots made if there's still some sitting in a pot as 10AM approaches. Therefore, I've concluded that I got the pot leftovers from earlier in the morning of the day I visited 😔

I have to say that the service has really improved at this location over the past month or so. The coffee is being made exactly as I ordered it, the baristas are smiling and friendly and the music is at a comfortable level for conversation. I especially want to thank Willow for both her kindness and award winning smile!

To the many Starbucks I’ve been to, this one is the only one with exceptional customer services! Thank you to the management team for training your team members to be respectful to every client that comes by. Every time I come to order here, I am always greeted and ask how is my day going. Those tiny details that every business takes for granted… Imagine if every business does this to their clients, their businesses would skyrocket like never before. Highly impressed and thank you again for the small acts of appreciation you bring to your guests. Absolutely incredible! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I order the first one, drink it, get back in line to get a second one, complain about how long it takes, but come back everyday because I need it. You are necessary. I don’t care what they say about you.

Went inside with some spare time. Drive thru was busy, inside was not.A couple customers was all. Me, straight up coffee, dark roast. My wife, she ordered some thing; mocha, pumps and whip cream. Sounds like everything but coffee. I don't get it, but she was happy.

I go to Starbucks at least once or twice a week in the Gwinnett area and this has been the best service and the fastest. They greet you when you walk in and when you leave my drink was exactly what I ordered light ice and extra base and toppings and it was perfect. You guys are doing amazing. Thank you.

Great location! I’ve never really had an issue that wasn’t fixable. They are always happy to remake anything. I love it when they give me new drink recommendations. The staff is friendly and attentive.

This is the best Starbucks location hands down. We love this location for its consistently amazing drinks and friendly staff. Bee is our favorite!

Best place in town to get a good cup of caffeine the way you like it..

Usually always get my order right and when I order ahead my order is ready when I get there. Employees are nice and understanding

Evelyn was amazing i almost drove away without the food for my mobile order but she caught it in time. She’s so awesome!

Omg they were wonderful!! We took our puppy to get her first pupcup and the associates were waiting to see her!!! She was so excited and the service was wonderful, extremely personable and fast!! Seriously will drive the extra 10 minutes to get my coffees from here rather than the DD next to my house.

I have been very critical of this location when it comes to service, but I must say on my last several visits they have dramatically improve their customer service. I hope they keep this up.

This Starbucks has a great staff! They're really nice and greet you when you come through the door. A complete different experience from the location near 316 by the Hooters. Only thing I wish is that they are open longer. I went here yesterday and they were closed so I had to go to the Starbucks near 316 and of course the customer service was bad even in the drive thru. At this Starbucks they have great attitudes even when you order at the drive thru! I really hope this lasts because new Starbucks always start off great and then it goes to being a typical place with bad customer service afterwards. Also if you are in the drive thru waiting it is so much faster to go in!

I am an avid Starbucks drinker, and I enjoy this Starbucks a lot, glad that one was put in this area. Although it can get extremely busy, the staff are so nice and pleasant and take the time to actually know and remember my name. My drinks are always amazing and the customer service is awesome!

Starbucks is always on point with their quality and service. Prices are high but they make up for it with service.

Linda, Dakota and Jewels are amazing! Despite encountering rude and unappreciative customers they shook it off and gave me and my family A+++ service, with a smile! Lacking supplies and goods is not the fault of the person taking your order! Be kind consumers.
PS Starbucks HQ - please send these ladies Visa gift cards for mani/pedis because they more than deserve it!
