Jessica helped us with the dressing room. Maddie and Saddie helped with a complicated checkout. It was a great customer service experience. The clothes are beautiful and well made. The prices are a little high, but there are tremendous discounts on every (other) item. My wife, Barbara, and I were very happy with the whole experience.

I got some really nice bras while the entire store was 40% off. I decided to try one of the no wire support bras. I am very impressed with it!! Amy and Mona were helpful and nice. It was my first time buying bras there and I will be back.

I love this store. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. The store is always clean too. I wish they carried more 5s ans 6s though. I mostly only see 0-4 in this store. I am giving them a 5 because they always have amazing staff there willing to help.

This is my go-to Torrid store. Everytime I have been in there the women working there are so nice, helpful and friendly. Give great recommendations and advice.

Well, it's torrid. Nice place to shop for us big girls. I don't have to go through tons of clothes to find something I like or to find something in my size, obviously, it's catered to bigger woman. Although, I do find this place very expensive and most clothes do shrink after 1 wash. I do get a bigger size just in case but paying $ 50-60 for a top I shouldn't do that. Other than that, I do like it. I like the rewards program. It's my go to store when I need to treat myself to a little something
