Each time I've gone they have been super helpful and they make Keys to replace locks and very reasonable great for landlords, that's if they still do that

I live in NC but have a homeplace in Pickens County Alabama. Since I'm not very knowledgeable of contractors in the area, last November, I asked Cash & Carry staff about a plumbing contractor to install a water heater. They recommended one of the best contractors I could have ever imagine. He replaced my propane gas unit with an electric tank in less than two hours. Contractor picked up the new tank at Cash & Carry, installed it, and disposed my old tank all at a very reasonable price.

No assistance to us as we needed a product they carried but were out. It would have been a purchase of a couple hundred bucks. They took our info but never ordered or called us back. That sends a message to commit to a customer and not follow through. There’s a couple of gentlemen who work the store one of which is very helpful and one of which rather not bother. You never know who your customers are so treat everyone the same.
