It's a chain store but the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Frequent it way too often. Lol.

Love this store. Great selection. I came looking for new baking supplies and cake decorating tools, and was not disappointed. The staff was and is very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and honest. The sweet person that helped me gave me some new tips and told me a few other places to go. She informed me that if I waited until the next day, some of what I was getting would be on sale,(as I also bought several gifts and crafting supplies) the following day. So I took the advice, came back the next day and saved over $240. The have massively good deals throughout the store, wonderful ideas and just all out wonderful!

Pretty nice staff!! I want to learn how to crochet, and I asked an employee if they knew anything about crocheting and if I had gotten the right materials for it. He said no, he didn't know anything about it, but I appreciated the honesty over having someone just make something up. The lady at the register was also good with striking up a conversation. Overall good experience and they had what I was looking for!

The staff members are always helpful and friendly. This is one of my favorite places to shop in town, especially with the great deals they run!

Love the Columbus store! I called before I drove 2 hrs and got a hold of Amanda. She was so sweet and answered all my questions. Luckily they had the items I was looking for so I went ahead and drove the 2 hrs there. The store was nice and clean so I wasn't tripping over things which was nice for a change considering other stores I've been to lately. And my husband even found stuff he liked considering it's a craft store mostly for women lol. When I went to check out, there was Amanda, she remembered talking to me on the phone earlier in the day and asked if I was the one from 2 hrs away. When I said yes, she told me she had hoped I would get there before her shift ended so she could put a face w the voice on the phone. She was extremely nice and told me I could call anytime to see if they had the items I needed before making that long drive. So even though I live so far away, I will definitely be making that drive just for great customer service, clean store, and of course the items I need that I can't find anywhere else.

This location always has what I'm looking for in stock. Their staff is friendly and very helpful with locating items. I didn't feel rushed even though they were closing soon. Also, they always have a coupon available!

It's a small craft store with plenty of classes to learn new things. Unlike the other craft store in town, this parent company has not been accused of smuggling stolen artifacts and violating basic human rights. The staff are usually able to answer your questions. Good selection of art materials.

Excellent customer care.. I called in advanced about an item to make sure they had it in stock and even put it up front for me so I wouldn't have to go hunt it myseld

Right before Christmas and practically everything in the store was on sale. Then after Christmas went in to get something in particular and OMG just happened to look over at the leftover Christmas decor and it was unreal at the sale on after Christmas items wow racked up for next year! So pleased😇

Arts and craft store are always exciting to visit. The layout made items easy to find. The store was very clean and organized.

The cashier was pleasant upon checkout.

Michael's is, hands down, THE best shop in the city. It's got everything for your DIY to your decorative needs, and their prices are always right.
