Harbor Freights Tools store is a really cool store . . My sister was in town she needed a certain tool for her husband . The guy who worked at the store was so polite and helpful and really knew what we were looking for in the tool section . Purchased it that day. Neat store . Nice people who work here.

The workers were helpful and they signed us up for their discount card as well! This tiller is over 70 years old ad needed a new motor and we were able to get one from Harbor Freight. It's running great and we are excited to be able for him to use his grandmother's tiller!

Went there looking for a heavy duty jack for my husband. Was pleased to find it was on sale and in stock. We were very happy with the young man that assisted us. He was so helpful that I even tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't take it. He simply said he was just doing his job. Rare these days! Wish I'd gotten his name.

The only place that had the tool that would cut out single gang holes out and at an excellent price

In the past Harbor Freight was known for cheaply-made tools. Today they should simply be known for selling cheaper tools. I'm an electrician by trade. I've used Bauer hammer drills in the field and they work and last for years. If you abuse your tools and don't take of them it doesn't matter if you buy Bauer or Milwaukee. On top of the quality of these tools at ridiculously cheap prices is the incredible customer service. They welcome you when you walk in. They are quick to ask if you need help finding anything. They don't tell you where it is located - they walk you to the item you are looking for and ask you if you have any questions about the item. What else could you ask for?

Never enough time and I never stay in my budget here. Great service!

Upgraded nicely since I last shopped there 5 years ago. Warranties on engines and replacement on Motors. Competitive pricing on all things tools. You still need to compare prices but in general this place is worth your time and effort.

Everything was clean, orderly, and priced right! Helpful staff was nice and polite. The check out line was long, but the cashier was polite and very fast, so I was out of there in record time. Good job Columbus, MS Harbor Freight!

Awesome. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and helpful. I cant say enough how friendly and helpful the ladies were to me today. This is very rare now days and was a very pleasant experience. 2-6-2019 8am.

Man I love this place. I've gone 6 time in two weeks spent over$600. My new favorite place. The employees are friendly and helpful. They even show up out of nowhere to help you load heavy items in the cart.

Store was clean and isles were free of any carts or boxes. Which was really nice. Worker were very helpful and courteous.

The cashier that day was really nice and helpful. I bought 2 things. A electric impact wrench and a set of impact sockets. Both products had a coupon but i only brought a coupon for the impact wrench not the socket set. Well when I checked out the cashier knew that the sockets had a coupon to and gave me the coupon price for the sockets too. See i read the fine print on a lot of things and I read it on the Harbor Freight flyer and it said no only one coupon can be used at the same time. So they gave me the coupon price on the sockets too anyway. That alone not to mention how nice and helpful the cashier was is why I'll definitely go back.

I can't speak for all but for me, you can't beat a Harbor Frieght store. There aren't many things I've needed that I couldn't find there, the prices are better, and if you buy the right tool for the right job then you won't be disappointed. If you buy something meant for weekend once a month chores and it breaks after a weeks worth of solid non-stop construction work, that would be your fault nit theirs.
