Do know what that store policy is but getting a prescription filled the service was poor. I needed some medication 💊 for that night waited for an hour and half still was not ready. Got a call the next day about 10:10am. Had picked it up on hwy 45 in Columbus. Reason for that they computers were being up dating on 45 that day I went to east Columbus store 😒

I had mistakenly received 2 products that I had previously ordered online and had cancelled, but it came anyway. I usually print a return label and no problem. But my printer was not working so I called customer support. They said for me to return it to my local Walgreens and no problem.Well when I walked in there three of the workers were laughing and having a good time. One of the girls told me she would have to call her manager. She told her manager the products( which were ordered online from that store) were from "Fed Ex". I had my shipping page which had the product number, cost, date, and tax info. She got off the phone and told me to take it to the Hwy 45 Walgreens that her store did not keep the product Natrol Kids Melatonin. ( which was ordered from that store.) She was very ugly about it. I wish I had gotten her name.

I literally just called and asked about the availability of a product and before I could even inquire about something else he just says “no” like I ruined his day and hangs up. I can’t stand people like that, if you don’t wanna work at Walgreens DONT! You don’t have to be Mr. Nice guy but you represent a multi billion dollar company at least don’t be an ahole and hang up because someone had the audacity to ask you a single question about one product. The worst thing is I called a few weeks ago and he did the same thing so I went up there anyway and they had 3 packs of exactly what I asked about, idk why I even called this time. I’m pretty sure it was a manager I’ve seen in there before if you go to that Walgreens you know who I’m talking about. Kinda short guy with shaved head, he needs to find another job he is bad at his current one.

I used this store location for it's FedEx delivery 3 times. The first time there was no trouble. The second time when I went to pick up my package I was told they didn't have it, even though FedEx tracking says it was delivered there. After several minutes it was located OPENED in the pharmacy! Although the package contained medicine and the box was labeled keep refrigerated it was NOT addressed to the pharmacy or Walgreens. It was simply a personal package delivery to the in store FedEx delivery addressed to ME only. It was also not labeled as medicine so how did they know what was in it? It could have been anything, and it was not their responsibility to open it. Is this not illegal? Opening someone else's mail? HIPPA violation? The second delivery was much worse. This time the package was LOST COMPLETELY! I arrived to pick it up and again it can't be found. Not even in the pharmacy this time. To make matters worse a store employee admits to not having scanned it into their inventory when it arrived and seemed to think there was nothing wrong with that. This is a very expensive medicine used for the treatment of Multiple sclerosis and doses have to be taken in strict 48 hour increments. I was told they couldn't do anything further until Monday...end of story. Have a nice day ma'am.
