Krispy Kreme

I wanted doughnuts Sunday morning… so I drove an hour to Columbus. I went through the drive through, stopped at the intercom, and waited….. then I drove to the window and she told me I had to order at the speaker! So I had to turn around. All I wanted was a dozen glazed. No customer service skills whatsoever. When I come back hopefully it will be her off day.

I'm always pleased the way the employees greet you as you walk in with a Good Morning.

Not like my Local Dunkin Donuts .

I know I've have many photos of the Donuts being made. But like a kid @ Christmas I'm like , I can't help but taking more photos of the Donut making progress.

Just wish they had a Krispy Kreme where I live .

Today I stopped by while in Columbus. The young man who waited on me was so polite. He took service with a smile above and beyond. Warmed this grandmom's heart. The donuts were fresh and wonderful!

Ahh...the taste of fresh donuts straight off the rollers. You cannot beat them! The plain ones and the blueberry cakebatter ones are so good.

Donuts always good but had to ask for manager to get what I needed. The workers did not want to go out of their way to help or ask

We stopped for coffee and came out with Donuts too. Great friendly service and food!

They are very accommodating with delicious donuts! We were in a big truck and couldn’t go through the drive through, so even though the lobby was closed the workers brought our donuts out to us! They went above and beyond.

A few days ago I gave the store 3 stars and explained why. Today, after my chemo, I went back to the store and the problem had been addressed and fixed ! Great donuts and great service ! Thanks for being there during this difficult time for me !

Very clean modern store. I haven’t been in on of the new stores. Very sleek. Staff were very friendly!

There is nothing better than a original Krispy Kreme doughnut fresh off the line my wife is from New York and all she had was DD up there. So this was the first place I took her once we got her moved down to Alabama. I've created a monster lol. Seriously I've never had a problem out of this location service or otherwise

The employees were oh so nice. They were hard working and very nice. They made the drive thru so much fun. But I will be glad when they reopen the hole store.

Good fresh donuts I give 5 stars for the establishment..just too sweet for my taste .. a personal 3 star donut, but I don't want to base the overall rating on my taste in donuts.

Krispy Kreme is the best donut on the planet Dunkin Donuts is no comparison I love Krispy Kreme when that sign is lit up and they are hot fresh off the press I recommend this place to everyone if you've never ate a Krispy Kreme you don't know what a donut is
