This company is awesome 😎!! Delivers as promised. Office manager Amanda is very professional and knowledgeable of this field of jacuzzi’s and hot tubs. She’s very patient and we didn’t feel any pressure at all dealing with her. Great lady!!

Her delivery staff composed of Jay Russell and Chris went above and beyond on the delivery of our jacuzzi. They were very courteous and professional very polite. They were concerned and always taking care of the private property they were delivering too. Very very nice guys!!

Amanda at Aqua Living Factory Outlets is the absolute best! I called around to a few different hot tub stores, but could not find a hot tub to fit my space. Amanda helped locate one within minutes and arranged for the complete delivery, set up, and hauling of the old hot tub. The new hot tub arrived and was set up three days later! After the hot tub was installed, she followed up and ensured everything was working well. She was super helpful and extremely professional. I also received a call from their customer concierge with pertinent information for my new hot tub. My experience with Aqua Living was extraordinary and I highly recommend them.

Everything about our experience with Aqua Living was perfect. Amanda was awesome help in choosing the right one. It was delivered professional and the guys went over everything and installed the cover opening assist. We had an outstanding experience at Knoxville Aqua Living Factory Outlet. We had never purchased a hot tub before, but Amanda Akers, guided us through the process and helped us choose the petefect one! She is knowledgeable, courteous, kind and SO helpful at every step! She connected us with Jay, who helped us with the second part of the process, which was delivery. A very tricky step, but it was made easy by their seamless and impeccable service. Our hot tub was delivered on time, and now it sits comfortably at the corner of our deck, in our cabin at Sevierville . We cannot thank Amanda and Jay enough, for making this happen. Had an awesome experience buying our new spa from Amanda at Aqua Living in Knoxville . The store is huge s d she had so man spas to look at. We went in with one in mind and saw the G2 which is what we ended up buying . We were able to order the exact colors we wanted and it took less than 6 weeks for it to be delivered. .
We got to use it tonight and wow are the speakers in there impressive . Looking forward to soaking in the cooler weather !

After searching for a hot tub for several months, I am so grateful that I found Aqua Living Factory Outlets. I was able to completely customize my hot tub for a fraction of the price of some of the other hot tubs that I was considering. AND the tub actually came quicker than expected for a custom made item. The other benefit is they have a financing option which made much easier to enjoy a relaxing hot tub without breaking the bank. Amanda Akers assisted me throughout the process and was extremely professional and helpful. Early in the process, I kept making changes to my order and she quickly made the updates with ease. When the tub was delivered it pretty minor cosmetic issues, but they quickly reached out to take care of it. I opted to have a credit on my account. Very pleased with our experience from start to finish! Amanda was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the various spas and helped us select the perfect fit for what we wanted.
