Most of my work comes out of this shop. I really love the work that they do. I always felt that Matt (owner) had a high standard for artists that he allowed to work there. I have had work done in other states and to be honest I had that work covered. Now, I am wrapping up some work and I can honestly say Matt is a well sought after artist and well respected for his skill and talents behind the needle. To that end, this is my recommendation for this shop and Matt. Also, the desk staff has always been very thoughtful and polite. I love Your Flesh...almost 20 years of getting various work done in this shop.

Super friendly and helpful! The jewelry sold here is great, and the main guy is super knowledgeable about all things piercing/tattoo. The first time I came here was with a friend because she told me that the guy would help me when my nose piercing was slightly infected. He was helpful and gave me tips that helped my newly pierced nose (pierced somewhere else) totally recover! I have bought nose studs here too and I love the jewelry here.

Got a nose piercing here about a year ago and the entire experience was amazing. So informational and professional. Dallas is THE BEST in town! I went to Animas tattoo and got nipple piercings (bad idea, pierced with hoops), and I went to Dallas for help in changing them out about a week later and he was the best. I had every question in the book and he was so patient, knowledgeable, and bad ass. DON’T GO ANYWHERE IN TOWN FOR PIERCINGS EXCEPT HERE WITH DALLAS!

I got a Tattoo from Robyn, and gave her complete creative control over the design. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. It was on my sternum which is obviously a particularly painful place and I was a total whiner but she was fun and professional and encouraging the whole time and I will be going back to her for more work soon. Every staff member there is amazing. I have also worked with the preorder Dallas, and honestly have never received such amazing customer service in my life. He was really professional and knowledgeable. Again, I will be returning!

I got my septum pierced recently as my third piercing by Dallas at Your Flesh. Every time I’ve gone in, the staff has been welcoming and super willing to answer my questions. Dallas’s demeanor is soothing and calm, but at the same time matter of fact. He puts you at ease and is extremely professional. I won’t go anywhere else in Durango for piercings!

Got my first tattoo today! I'm a student at Fort Lewis College and I really wanted a tattoo and have wanted one for a while. Anyways, Marcus was my tattoo artist today and he was amazing, he was fast yet precise, he made me feel confident with it being my first tattoo. I highly recommend this shop, everyone is so extremely friendly and they do great work!

Did a walk in nose piercing. The staff was so wonderful! The gal at the front was super welcoming and informative. The guy who did my piercing was so funny and very knowledgeable. Loved my experience and would definitely recommend them!

I came into YFT a couple of months ago to change my nose piercing, and The entire experience was incredible! He told me everything he was doing before he did it! I was so satisfied that I came back and spontaneously got a tattoo, intentionally going in to just ask a few questions. They let me look at some portfolios and I decided that I wanted a tattoo. Jessie and I talked and she had a tattoo drawn up for me in less than 3 hours. I'm so happy with the results and I will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you so much YFT!

I have had multiple tattoo's done at Your Flesh Tattoo and there is no doubt that they are by far the best in Durango and anywhere in the Southwest. They may be on the top end of pricing, but I would never pay less for a tattoo that I will wear for the rest of my life. The work is always clean, crisp, and precise which is all I ask... the absolute best. I have referred many of my friends and family to them anytime they are considering a tattoo and always feel good that they will do a great job and not disappoint.

I just got my very first tattoo done here earlier today and I absolutely could not be happier. I came in over the summer to get one but was not yet 18 so I couldn't get one then; however, the staff was so honest, helpful and friendly that, even though I live in California and only come to Durango for vacation, I decided to come back to Your Flesh after I turned 18 to get my tattoo because the customer service was so wonderful. So today, I had Gabriel as my artist and I am absolutely thrilled with not only the beautiful tattoo, but the overall wonderful treatment I received. Gabriel was very patient and helpful to me as this was my first tattoo, and he made me feel very at ease and comfortable as I came in both excited and nervous. Every staff member I have met from YFT has been absolutely wonderful. My tattoo turned out better than I ever imagined and I am beyond ecstatic. When getting future tattoos I will not choose to bring my business to anywhere but YFT!!

Was recommended to go here for piercings. Walk in which is very convienant. Dallas does the piercing, he and the woman at the counter are very friendly, answer any questions and explain all steps of the procedure. I got my nose pierced and Dallas was very thorough with cleanliness and stetilization. I will be back to do more piercings!.

I just got a nasal piercing from Dallas... I don't even know where to begin in describing how amazing my experience was. He was so nice, relatable, and patient. I would recommend him to my grandmother he was so gentle. 10+ stars!!!!!!

Everyone is extremely nice, patient, considerate. Definitely a comfortable place to come in for a tattoo or piercing. Reasonable pricing as well as excellent quality jewelry. Professional and personable staff, would give more stars if I could!
