Ashley was wonderful. Took the time to explain the difference in materials for the blinds. Also helped pick a color to go with my Dinning room to brighten it it. Wonderful service and beautiful blinds.

Desert Design provided great service installing granite for my home bar. I challenged them with a difficult installation and they stepped up to achieve an incredible product. We a very pleaded with the results. Taylor communicated well throughout the process and Shelby did a great job putting it in. Highly recommend!

Courtney was easy and pleasant to work with. The installer, Thomas was very professional. You can tell he wasn't new at flooring. He came during the heavy snow storm, but that did not slow him down. Great service, installed and fabricated in a very timely manner with heavy detail to perfection in both my carpet install and granite counter tops. Courtney at the front desk was beyond helpful in helping me decide both my carpet color as well as my granite color for my kitchen. Desert design treated us like family. Courtney was so sweet and showed us she really cared about what we wanted. The installers were super fast and efficient.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. After the installation I didn't like one of the corners. It was a Saturday and I called the installer and he was at my house within the hour to fix the rounded corner to more of a ninety degree corner. Service was professional and efficient. Highly recommendable.

re stretched the carpet upstairs and it looks great.

Kim Chudy, the sales associate was very helpful in completing my vision. We had some problems with things being back-ordered but it all came together. I did have a few issues with the finishes on stairs and Kim and owner Demetria came over and we came to a mutual understanding on the fixes and the installers were over there on my first available day off. Great customer service!!
