Impressed with customer service rep. Dena. She represented the store and took the initiative to file a formal complaint for me. I will be credited the 40% discount posted. I wish all companies would empower there employees. You have restored my faith in customer service. THANK YOU !!!

Very disappointed- went to shop for crafts for the grandchildren and saw sign by puzzle for 40% of all puzzles, so I picked up 2. When I got home noticed I did not receive the discount so used the “ contact us” on website.
Confusion about store signage- it stated all puzzles 40% off
Received an email stating that ……

I show that the discount was not applied because puzzles are not on sale this week, they were on sale last week and typically alternates weeks. If the item goes on sale next week, you are welcome to return the item to the store along with your receipt for a price adjustment.

We went there to purchase items for an upcoming wedding, and they have a huge selection of great items.

I love this hobby lobby because it's always clean, neat and so organized. The associates are always friendly and ready to help you when needed. Of course it helps when you love crafting something. 😁 Which is me. Not only that they have all the fun decorations, arts and crafts, books you name it they got it. So way to go HOBBY LOBBY 👏👏👏👍

I always have a great experience when I go to this Hobby Lobby. Everyone's friendly and super helpful.
Also, I love the 50% off deals they have on the artificial plants!
I bought one a couple days ago and my wife loves it.

Large store with lots of seasonal decorations. Great fabric deptartment and yarn section. Friendly employees. Closed on Sundays. They have moved in 2018 and are now located by Target near Mall of Georgia

Hobby Lobby is my go-to store for unique items. The prices are very reasonable! I love the 50% off they carry on a regular basis!

We took in a wooden puzzle that means a lot to us to speak with the custom framing people and can not be more pleased with how it turned out. Very knowledgeable staff, patient with our many questions, offered other options, and the results were stunning. Highly recommend them! Thank you!

Always have what I need just may have to wait a week for the sales so many varieties and styles to decorate your house and great craft ideas for the kids

Great hobby products. Hobby Lobby now has a new, and more convenient location on Woodward Mill Boulevard. This new dig is a larger footprint than the old local. This is a great opportunity for their store and should attract more shoppers. There is plenty of area for ease of movement in the aisles. There is no shortage of Thanksgiving decor to choose from at the moment and the Christmas trees will be there soon.

Love this store but csn be pricey. Wait for sales and use your 40% daily coupon by downloading the app

This is a really big and nice store. Everything you can think of for diy and decor for any season.

Must visit..What a shopping place for decorative stuffs..Best place to shop for festive season and that too with great specials and discounts. Good quality at great price.

Hobby Lobby is my place to go for any craft project I come up with! On this particular visit I found the exact fabric that matched the new outdoor furniture I'd just bought! Love this store.

Helen was an amazing help in the fabric section, she welcomed my boyfriend and I with plenty of joy & open arms. She was ready to help us. She also spoke graceful words upon us & gave us light on a rainy day. Everyone needs a Helen!
