I have been using Tax Correction Agency's services for many years and have been very pleased with the savings that they have been able to negotiate on my behalf. They are professional and communicate clearly. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in challenging their tax assessment.

I came across Tax Correction Agency because the seller hired them prior to the sale. I quickly turned to be a fan of them because of the excellent experience when interacting with Jacob. He is not only knowledgeable about the business but also very patient and super friendly. Jacob took his time to explain the process and addressed all my questions on the spot. He is also very organized and responsive. I am not the most organized when it comes to paperwork but Jacob provided all historical documents that helped me to understand the situation. I’m grateful for the monetary value in reduced property tax. More importantly to me though is how Jacob made me feel that I am in good hands. Trust is hard to build but Jacob’s expertise, straightforward approach, and calm demeanor definitely earned mine. Hire them and you will see how effective and pleasant they are!

Rates are too high, poor customer service and I've been trying to pay my bill for over a month. No one wants to take my payment. Let this be proof that I'm trying but all the incompetent employees refuse to answer the phone or call back.

Im writing this review to warn the public about this criminal company. Do not sign up with these people it is a scam!!! I received a bill in the mail for $238 from TCA from 2017!!!! That’s 6 years ago!!! A collection agency and law firm contacted me and sent me threatening letters and even came to my home to serve me documents. I requested a copy of the signed contract and to no surprise it was a forged signature that was not even close to mine. The email wasn’t mine either! I looked online and low and behold there are other people complaining about the same forged signatures! Stay away from these people. Find a reputable company that won’t forge your signature and send you bills from 6 years prior.

I had a very bad experience with this group. All I can suggest is make sure you read the very fine print in their contract if you opt to engage their services.

Hopefully, by the owner’s response, you can see what kind of firm this is. There are a lot of good firms out there but this is not one of them. In my opinion, stay away from them. After all this, I still get letters from them asking me to sign with them again. No chance.

This Company “tax correction Agency Inc.” states that I had signed for their services on line- they went ahead and did a tax correction based on what looks like a forged signature when compared to the signature of my drivers license even . The contact number they have on file for me is a disconnected land line that I don’t even know off the top of my head. They filed the tax correction based off solicitation emails they had sent to my to my email that I have not used for any financial transactions as it is from before I was married and is riddled with SPAM. All financial interactions are completed with my husband using our shared email. This company went on to send correspondence to my home with the wrong last name (wrong spelling) so it was ignored since I would not have set up a tax grievance without my husband and it looked like junk mail/a scam. Now this company is taking me to court for a service that I did not authorize and I will now need to take a day off from work to fight it. With 2 small children and a very fixed budget this is a lot to have to go through for a scam company (as I have seen from multiple reviews of them online- it seems they have done this before). I hope to settle out of court but part of me wants to go to court just to out them as a scam and report this company to the DA as fraud. If I could give zero stars I would.
