Starbucks

I went with my younger cousin who has a lot of allergies, and she wasn’t very clear with what she wanted and what they made for her she couldn’t drink. I brought the drink back to the counter and asked if they could remake it, if not I totally understand… but they were so kind and remade the drink very fast!!! 10/10 customer service!!

Was good very busy had a line from counter to door and I ordered three Ribbon Crunch Carmes 😋 was great but to wait 25 minutes which was fine had a seat available plus was in no rush. Stop and enjoyed our time here. Very clean and good. Has a fireplace, not Handicap friendly when entering the building but had door open which was great.

Great little Starbucks on the strip. Came both days we were here. Excellent!

Awesome customer service. Very friendly. Clean store. Great location. White chocolate mocha (hot) was fantastic. Caramel ribbon crunch was dessert in a cup. Regular coffee was wonderful as well.

This Starbucks is in a convenient location on the main road in downtown Gatlinburg. The store is nothing special, but it is clean, and the air conditioning made for a nice break. The staff is friendly and made our drinks expediently. If you are looking for a caffeine fix, stop in and grab a drink.

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Resort and when you look up closest Starbucks on the Starbucks App, this one does not come to first. The only reason I know was that I saw it on our adventures out.

Staff was friendly and busted getting the orders ready and out. Very busy location.

Love the atmosphere and the vibe here. I especially love the antlers on the fireplace. It’s kind of a cosy feeling here.

I'm always happy to find a Starbucks when on vacation. Everyone here was really friendly and helpful. We were there for three days and I visited this Starbucks twice; both times my drinks tasted amazing!!! I had no issues on either or my visits!

LOVE this Starbucks. There is a fireplace and stonework. Feels like a modern mountain lodge coffee hop. They made my cappuccino well, to the exact temperature. The barista remembered me from the day before, she said, “Didn’t you want a cappuccino to 140 degrees?” I said, “Close, 135.” Then she said that was a good idea because soy can’t take the higher temperature. She was a master barista and the manager, I think. Very smart, friendly and helpful.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. So delicious. My order was perfect and piping hot, as requested, and had a delicious taste to it. I just ordered a simple Pike Place coffee with steamed extra hot cream. And I couldn't get over how delicious it was! We will be back tomorrow!!

My wife and I visited the Starbucks earlier and we were very pleased with the Baristas. They were pleasant and very attentive to our orders. Everything was fresh and hot.

Great place to get work done in the morning. Plenty of places to sit, lots of outlets. Staff are friendly and the place is relatively clean.

Been to this place on my visit go taneesee. Very busy coffee shop bcz its only 1 in downtown gatlingburg. They out of the trays. I must say if they know they are going to be busy they have to be ready with inventory. We ordered 6 coffee and it was just 2 of us taking all those on our hand. Its very unfortunate that they do not have enough trays.

Baristas have been wonderful!! Does not offer mobile ordering or using points. No parking but if you are early morning I parked across the street at the Convention Center dropoff area with no issues.

Every thing was great but the woman that was taking orders was not getting my order right twice and got mocha a I ordered Carmel I just want to say I coupd have been allergic to mocha and could have died so all I have to say is to be careful in the morning at 8:00am to not get something you mite be allergic to but over all ot was great and still was a nice people I got a free hot coco and they wear supper nice

Great service, our orders were perfect. The real hero of the day was the barista that made a rude customer leave. Teenager refused to wear a mask, so he was told he wasn't getting service. That made the line more than worth the wait.
