Build-A-Bear Workshop

I have gone to plenty of Build-A-Bear Workshops for the past 12 years since my daughter was born, and service is good. But in this times where I feel that most of the workforce has be come indifferent and no longer take pride on their work, I was at this store on 4/12/24 and the store manager STEPHANIE was spectacular, she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy, even though she ran into some technology difficulties she was patient and dedicated to make sure we received the best customer service. I will definitely go back to this store because of one reason anther name is Stephanie.

It can be more fun and less costly. Unique experience in any case.

Would give it more stars if I could. The manager Stephanie went way above and beyond to make the experience magical and perfect. Build a Bear is very important to me, seeing that, Stephanie took extra steps to make sure the experience was extra special for my bears and I despite the store being busy.

The manager Stephanie went out of her way to help my son pick out a special stuffed animal. The staff was all very helpful and patient with him as he changed his mind a million time. Definitely would go back to this location for our next Build a Bear (by the way we went twice this year already ☺) Toothless and his Bear get brought many places with us!

Great experience. I was shocked to see they still have a bathtub!!! Very nostalgic!

Stephanie and Meredith were fantastically accommodating of our special needs. Definitely worth the drive. If you go to this location do the survey on the receipt because this location deserves a good rep

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. They are extremely busy on weekends so i recommend going during the week. I believe her name was Elsa¿ but she was super sweet and spoke to my child in a friendly manner. Made it clear how she wanted the bear and what to do.
I came on a weekend so just have time to wait in line!

I love this place!! Even though I'm a grandpa, I still love Teddy Bears!! Gotta have this Black Panther Bear!!

I bought a bear for a friend's baby's first birthday. The staff was very helpful and I was talking to them about bears and stuff throughout my visit. The lady filling the bears was very friendly. The lady checking me out was also very nice. Since I was picking the bear up for the baby, I asked about a birth certificate for the bear and they printed out one for me without a name so the family can name the bear. It was very nice and fun trip.

As a full blown adult coming to build a bear, i had an absolute BLAST. Came here to get a stuffy for my birthday, and just had so much fun. Worked with Noel, and they were just so awesome. Had tons of laughs, shared lots of funny stories, and they gave me the full BAB experience. My toothless will keep me company for many years and I absolutely adore him.

I went to this Build-A-Bear location yesterday 05/29/22! Although several people in my family came to make a furry friend, Noel at the stuffing machine took her time to get to know each one of us and personalize our experience. Also, Rissa at checkout was very kind! I use to go to this location when I was a child and the experience is still just as fun now that I am an adult. My family and I had so much fun yesterday. I am so happy with my experience. I will definitely shop at this location again. Thank you Noel and Rissa—you both are awesome!

Everyone's so nice and helpful. Got a Sprogatito plush for my friends bday, and he loved it!I've never had a bad time here.💕

We went today not realizing that it would be packed for Presidents Day. On top of that there was a sale. We decided to wait in line with a 2 year old anyway and wow it was worth it! He loved every second, and the employees, though definitely overwhelmed by the volume of people coming in to the store, were upbeat and positive and helpful through and through. We didn't feel rushed. I'm very impressed by this store and all of its employees.

The employees are very nice. They are definitely not too pushy, they don't follow you around hoping to sell you a bear! However, if you DO happen to need help, there is usually always someone working the floor that you can ask. The store is always very organized and they have everything in stock. Children obviously have a BLAST in there carefully choosing which animal and/or outfit they're going to get. This is a *very* big decision, you know : )

This was my first time visiting / shopping with BAB and I had such a fun time. The employees were really helpful and eager to help when I needed it. I'm from out of town, but I will definitely be returning to Build A Bear stores in the future thanks to such a positive first impression!

Love this place. Took my granddaughter to pick out her first Teddy Bear for her first birthday. The young lady that assisted us was wonderful. I certainly plan on coming back with my other 3 grandaughters on their birthdays and other special occasions.

This is a fantastic store. As a Grandmother I was not sure what to do or how the whole thing worked. There was a very nice man that answered all of my questions. I wanted to do a voice chip in my animals and i blocked the employees hallway and none of them complained. Get was a great experience.

You never "just look" at Build-A-Bear. If you go in to "just look," you WILL walk out with a new bear. Ask me how I know.

Very friendly. Such a cool place. I wanted to buy my 2yrd a bear but she wasn't interested in them at all. I will wait another 2-3 years until she wants to go.
