Everything would have been fine if I didn't have to listen to all your older employees bully the short young lady with the dreads over some croutons. As if she wasn't already busy stocking and taking orders. The older woman in the red Polo was especially mean to her. I also saw another review that said the sandwiches were sloppily put together and I would have to agree

Didn't put my tulip cookies in my bag and I had 3 of them. The sandwiches themselves were sloppily put together. I called about my cookies not being in the bag and was told that they would reimburse me.... THEY NEVER DID!!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PANERA AGAIN IN LIFE!!!!!
