I ordered chicken fried chicken with onion rings and fried okra, my husband ordered the chicken fried steak with potatoes and corn. The food was fabulously hot and fresh! Our waitress was very friendly. Our only complaint was we would have liked a refill on our drink. I am saddened that such a nice place with hot fresh food was nearly empty. We will be back!!

Great food, friendly staff. A nice quiet experience in dining. I would recommend this to any family. Oh and they are pet friendly! How cool is that.

We for breakfast this past weekend, my husband has been several times but this was my 1st. Our waitress friendly & prompt.
Very good breakfast! The breakfast quesadillas were very awesome & the tiger cheesecake pancakes were very good.
We will be back again to try more!

I wouldn’t call it a 5 star restaurant but it was better than 4 stars. So, we will say 4.5. My wife’s steak was amazing. Her baked potato was good but the onion rings left quite a bit to be desired. I had the chicken fried steak and it was one of the better ones that I’ve had in awhile. The veggies were really good as well.

Stopped by on our way through Glen Rose and so glad we did. The food was outstanding, and the staff were very nice.

Excellent service and really delicious food. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and waffle fries. The fries really crispy but not too crispy and the burger was very good 😊. Highly recommend

Today was our first time at H&H Grill and we loved it! Came with my husband and son for a late lunch around 3:30pm and were the only customers there. The guys ordered chicken fried steak and I had liver with onions. Both were great! Everything was cooked to order, fresh. Too bad that Google says they close at 4pm, because they are open until 8pm. And you get a free Margarita with a purchase of an entree between 4pm and 8pm. We’ll definitely return again!

We visited after taking family pictures for our friends and didn't have the highest expectations seeing that the parking lot was empty. Boy where we wrong! Breakfast food was on point and chicken fried steak was excellent as well! Will be visiting again for sure!

My family and I came a long way to go to Dinosaur Valley, and we stopped here to eat. I am so pleased that a restaurant works with thier employees as good as they do! They have good food great service and wonderful atmosphere. Our waitress Hannah did an excellent job dealing with our craziness and dealing with 9 orders from our table alone plus other customers as well. The owners of this restaurant also exceed expectations on how to run a business. I wish there where more people in the world like them!!! They will have my business every time I come to Glen rose from now on.

Came here for lunch on a Monday and had a good experience. They have a pretty good lunch menu and the food was quite tasty. I ordered the BLT lunch special with fries and it was good. If you're in Glen Rose and need a place to eat come check this place out. It has regular diner fare food.

Had a delicious breakfast burrito at 8am on Saturday. Granddaughter had ham and cheese omlet which was excellent. Server was very friendly and responsive. Food was fresh and hot. When we began, there were only 2 tables occupied. At the end of our meal, there were 5 occupied. Still plenty of room. They did offer a veterans discount.

This is my third time eating here. I got the chicken salad sandwich with waffle fries because I read a bad review about it. The sandwich was very good but the waffle fries were AMAZING! So crispy and good with a side of ranch. I will say that the food take a bit to come out but in good company you don’t really notice. Glen Rose needed some diversity in our restaurant selection so I’m happy to have this place. Breakfast and dinner have always been good to me and I don’t mind waiting. The portions are large and the dishes I’ve had have met expectations.

I had the chicken florentine, and it was very good with mushrooms and spinach on top. My wife had the chicken salad croissant and said it was also very good. The prices were extremely reasonable, and Allie was a very attentive waitress. Our total bill was less than 25 dollars for both of us!

This is a hidden gem! We were starving after site seeing and stopped here for dinner. The service was wonderful and the food was unbelievable. We had the chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, burgers, and tilapia. It was all delicious. Probably the best food and service I've had in a very long time!

Cozy Atmosphere! Food took me back to as if I were eating in my GrandMothers kitchen as a child! Went for Dinner and Breakfast! Both didn't disappoint 👏 👌 🙌 😌 💯💜

Very nice. Not at all what we expected. We had a nice Mexican breakfast after 11am on a Sunday. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Served with a smile and great personality. We will be back!

The chicken croissant and sweet potato fries were excellent. Good flavor and very fresh. Great service. Can't wait to try them for breakfast.

This place is great for what and where it is. This not the big city people,it's a small town in the middle of Texas with great people. The food was good and the service and staff were even better. Give it a try and don't listen to the small town food critics that have never been out of there town.
