I love going here. The employees are so nice and friendly. Sometimes they get busy and you're waiting for your order but i give them praise because they are working hard to get everyone's order out in time. I don't mind waiting for my order but i can tell other customers feel like they're in a rush and try to rush the employees but people need to be patient because they're working hard to get everyone's order ready. I love them and the environment. I love this starbucks because i feel more welcomed in this starbucks than any other starbucks i went to. Starbucks is the best.

Fast service, great drinks. Love the addition of having someone at the pick up counter. It definitely speeds up service. Everyone that was working here was super lovely.

Bella is an asset to this stores operation. Helpful, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The coffees were great!

I enjoy coming to this location. Would be nice to have some extra help around lunch time since it’s usually busy (mobile ordering is convenient but not if you still have to wait 10-15 minutes for your drink).. but the staff is always nice and I never have issues with my order.

I've been going to this Starbucks several times per week for several months now. Has to be the best place to get coffee in Newark. There are quite a few coffee shops, but no where else offers the same consistency in quality, pleasant baristas, and cleanliness as this location. Karen specifically has been a wonderfully positive influence on this store; there's been a visible change in the atmosphere since I noticed her take over.

this was the best starbucks experience i ever had because of one of the baristas! i think her name was lexi. she was so welcoming and complimented me, helped me decide on what drink to get and was totally right about what i would like. i have been to almost every starbucks in delaware, new jersey and philadelphia and i have never had such a helpful barista!

This Starbucks is always quick! And they get my order right everytime. They are also super friendly and helpful and for some reason my drink just tastes better from this one! They are consistent.

Typical Starbucks. An ever-changing staff, so not everyone is good, but I do have my favorites! Mostly everyone is nice. I do miss Becky being the manager, though. My drink is always made right.

I visit here every once in a while to take a walk away from the UD labs. I have recently started bringing my own thermos and the staff is happy to fill it up for me. The employees are helpful and friendly and if you attend UD, there is a significant chance you will see someone you know.

Excellent place for coffee chat.

The baristas were nice, it was clean and bright and it's super close to the University of Delaware campus. While tiny boutique coffee shops can be great there's something great about traveling so far from home, and still being able to know exactly what you expect when you walk in the door.

I've been here a number of times, and so far each visit has been pleasant. The staff I've interacted with has been very friendly and socialable, as well as being ok with me stopping in to use the wifi, charge my phone, and cool off without always buying something. The restrooms were surprisingly well kept and stocked, the dining area is clean, the WiFi has good signal and speed. Lastly the food and beverages I've had here have been great.
I drink A LOT of coffee as well as playing pokemon go and this is this is one of my go to places in all of main street.

Great setting right on main Street, and excellent spot to sit down and get some work done. I would highly recommend ordering online before you get there. At times it can be very busy.

This place sells some mugs, pastries, and bagged coffee. The drinks here are on par with any good Starbucks. The salted caramel iced coffee and white chocolate latte are really good.

I love this store the staff here is always so welcoming. Sometimes the wait is long but if you give them the chance you won't regret the wait. They are my second work fam!

Long lines but its to be expected when you live on a college campus. Never the less, great friendly service at top notch speed.

The staff there are nice and the food/drinks are good. This place quenches my thirst.
