Everyone at this Starbucks is always so sweet and helpful! They are so awesome and happy. I appreciate their kindness it genuinely made my day a little bit better. Amber and the rest of the team are so great. Defintely will be coming here more often! -Thanks guys

I didn't see the vegan protein box. I might have ordered it.

Update 10/15/23: This is the only Starbucks around that consistently makes my drinks well.

Lovely atmosphere, nice seating arrangements with a few nooks and unique placement.
Every barista I've interacted with is simply delightful. When it gets slow you can tell they're enjoying themselves and having fun. I love it here!

This Starbucks is located at a great location. There are plenty of seats where you can enjoy coffee and work on your laptop. The staffs were nice and friendly. It's all you need to enjoy a beautiful afternoon at Cleveland. I would definitely recommend this place

So two errors were made. First one came with the online app. I ordered & paid for a cold cup for my daughter only to find out when I got there, that cup was not in stock at the store. Second error, I have a boatload of stars. I decided to apply them to a new hot cup for myself while I was there. I informed the girl, "I'm using Stars" yet somehow it was not stars but cash from my app that was taken.
The shift manager then proceeded to go above & beyond trying to fix things imho. The way I see it, that kind of customer service went further with me & proceeded to overshadow any mistakes made.

Went to Legacy to see the band Ricky and the Rockets. Had a Frappuccino and great service.

I stopped here on my way to work and I'm very pleased with this Starbucks cafe. It's cozy and clean and a great place to sit and have a quiet cup of coffee.
