Starbucks

There always so cheerful and always make my dog feel so special I really enjoy going here and they always have a lot of staff on so even when there busy there still helping customers

I go to this Starbucks at least 4 times a week. My order is kind of annoying as it’s not a typical drink. I’ve ordered this exact drink at many Starbucks locations on Long Island and for some reason always have an issue. Not here, never an issue, never a mistake, never anything short of amazing! These are probably the nicest baristas and employees at any location. The one girl who always works drive thru remembers my order and always ask for I want a straw and napkins. They don’t hesitate at giving waters or pup cups. This is usually my stop right before school or on an off day and it’s what I look forward to most. This is a really busy location at an even busier intersection and some of these reviews are just insanely harsh. I just wanted to say how much I love this location and how grateful I am that it’s the one next to my house!

The Smithtown Starbucks and it's AM crew today showed personal interest and were not too busy to actually have a brief personal conversation. The personable and pleasant staff are enough for me to drive past 2 other Starbucks to get coffee here.

They're not the only Starbucks in town. There are a few others that aren't too far away. For some reason this Starbucks is ALWAYS busy. There has to be a reason for that. Yes, I believe Starbucks is very expensive... But, They are Not Dunkin' Donuts! Starbucks is a big company that makes a lot of money. This particular Starbucks has never made a mistake on an order, at least for me And I've been Going there since they opened.
I won't/can't go every day-I'd be broke, especially since I always tip them, even at Dunkin' Donuts because they do work so hard. Almost 100% of the time the employees are seniors in HS or on break from college. You should Always keep in mind... For the most part- it's not the kids fault if in order is incorrect or not exactly how you wanted it. There are other people involved with your order - It's a fast food service industry. I spent 40 years in an industry of service that did not involve tipping. My family is in the service business where they are tipped often & survive on the tips.
They all share the tips. I was always a tipper, I can't do it all the time. It's a service industry and these kids make min wage with taxes taken out. I just think it's nice that you put aside .50 cents or a dollar. Whatever change that you have on the floor in the car... The young kids that work there. They deserve it.
I factor this in and so does everyone in my family. If you can afford to buy a $6 cup of coffee.. You can afford to give them an extra 50 cents. That's if you're just satisfied with their service. Obviously, if you're not, that's another story.. And if you can't afford to give a small tip, even a quarter... You probably shouldn't be buying a $6 cup of coffee.
Even though it's an expensive chain. This particular Starbucks makes it worth it because After you eat what you purchased-like the walnut loaf bread warmed up, chocolate croissant, any of their sandwiches or just one of their "Refreshers" that has a Good amount of caffeine in it!!! (You can order without caffeine as well)...
We Always end up being very satisfied and Always go back. It is a very good neighborhood Starbucks.
Besides the long lines at the drive-thru, It's pretty cool to have an exceptional Starbucks right smack in the Nesconset neighborhood 😁

The staff is very friendly, the coffee of course is pricey but if anyone is going to Starbucks in 2022 and doesn’t know that then they are completely retarded, I think the espresso shots taste better then Dunkin, and the service is like night and day to the Dunkin next door that place is terrible

I’m a regular here, and they’re so sweet all the time! As a past barista, I like this Starbucks bc they’re very attentive and kind, also there was a barista today who was training closest to the pick up counter, and they made me the best shaken espresso :)

This is one of my favorite Starbucks! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They always ask how my day is going or how I am doing. I always ask back once I’ve answered and everyone is always like thank you for asking me. Good moods are contagious and even if I’m having a bad day I always leave there with a smile 😊

Shout out to DAVID! You are awesome! As an Uber driver, it’s very rare to be offered water for the road doing deliveries. Thank you David. Thank you for making my night!!

I'm not a fan... however, if you are, which is apparent by you reading this, this is the place to go. There is the friendliest, most knowledgeable barista there I've ever met. He didn't make fun or look his nose down on us as we stood there clueless. He recommended a variety of options and ideas. I honestly felt welcomed. I'm a coffee person, no fluff required, but we were in a jam and thirsty, mind you, it was hot as hades out. They are not dog friendly inside, calm yourself, but this lady opened the door and requested two "puppachinos", mind the spelling and they immediately made them and BROUGHT THEM OUTSIDE! Everyone was kind and friendly and the actual store was immaculate. Wish I enjoyed their coffee or at least what we ordered but I really enjoyed their service.

I went Sunday 2/20/22 before closing and was helped and greeted with most kindest workers Maddie and her coworker...these girls really are hard workers..making sure that their place of work.and the owners business was kept clean with integrity...they deserve alot of respect..for their pride in that location...there are workers..but its not easy to find really good workers that really do care...so give props to these 2...thanks for making my visit pleasurable..you guys rock!!..keep up the exceptional work!!!🥰🤗🤙👍

While I was on business in Hauppauge, NY, I found the least crowded and most accessible (in and out by car) Starbucks in the area. It is at the confluence of three roads, none of which is crowded in the morning rush. Easy to get into from any road, easy to get out into the stop-lighted intersection in any direction. Large parking lot with plenty of room for the drive-through line. Ordering and service are fast. This place is a delight for the harried driver just needing to get a morning coffee (or mocha latte in my case). Check the satellite view to see what I mean.

Drive thru was quick. Very patient with talking order and it was made exactly as requested. The girls working the window were friendly, light hearted & professional. Definitely recommend

Very friendly staff and always quick with knowing my daily order. I really appreciate how clean and neat they keep the store. Drive-thru is great on rainy days and order is always correct.

Probably one of the most consistent Starbucks I have ever been too. I am here 1-2x per week and coffees are always great. Service and staff are great too.

This was a fun little Starbucks. It had adequate seating, friendly staff, and a quiet enough atmosphere for studying. It's a great place for all college students in the area.

The staff members here are super sweet and quick. i usually always use the drive-thru and the girls at the window are always pleasant and smiling.

The employees are super nice and patient even during a rush they are composed and kind. They are all doing well above the standard, love this store!
