Nice people, had a lot of nice things. Seems to be decent pricing.

I buy from this location all the time and they are super knowledgeable, and they will go the extra mile to ensure you get what you need.

They have plenty of room to drive around the building and they have a ramp to unload you with if you need it.

I'm a truck driver just made delivery here they sell all kind of bricks at good prices.

Im giving this review on the basics of word of mouth plus i advertise unpaid by wearing a shirt with the name and number but this Store has by what i hear a Great selection and Customer services are Professionally handle some have said they wish they would Eventually offer Services outside of knoxville but other than that you might find cheaper but not better has also been said so if your reading this Give this store a holler they'll be worth it

One way in and one way out. Fcfs. Use Cedar Bluff exit to Parkside dr then turn left into Acme. This will set you up to make the turn in easily. If you come from the other direction it will be more difficult. Billy on the forklift is always quick. In an out usually in less than 1 hr.

Stone Veneer looks nice on our home. We're happy with it. Here's the issue. Contractor over estimated the stone veneer requirement. We made no changes and stuck to the plans and were told that he (contractor) would order it and we just needed to go to pay, which I paid the Acme out of pocket. I have 15 extra boxes of stone that they will not take back. Standard stone veneer, they said it's all special order and they cannot take back. It was never disclosed on the purchase that they wouldn't take it back, so we are out over a $1000.00 because someone doesn't know how to estimate. Would have rather been short then to have a contractor order too much. Salesman said he would check to see if they would take it back and that he would get back with us, that didn't happen!!! So we are left holding the bag or boxes of stone because of the seller and the contractor. Would think long and hard or ask if they take returns before you make that purchase. BUYER BEWARE!!!
